In the page http://www.teslamotors.com/models if we scroll down we see the several flavors Tesla sells its Model S. It puzzles me why the 85 version has a shorter range than the 85D. The first can run 265 miles, the second 270. Given that in the former the battery has to feed only one motor and in latter it has to feed two, why the first has a more limited ride distance?

An alle VW Kenner habe ich mal eine doofe Frage: Ich bin eigentlich Mercedes Fahrer. Immer Automatik, da ich einfach nicht schalten mag. Ich bin letztens nach einem Defekt meines Mercedes längere Zeit mit einem VW Caddy eines bekannten gefahren. Ich war sehr überrascht über den geringen Verbrauch beim 1,9 TDI. Ich hatte jetzt überlegt, eventuell auf VW umzusteigen. Der Caddy ist nicht schlecht oder eventuell ein Tiguan? Ein Neuwagen kommt für mich aber nicht infrage. Darf ruhig etwas älter sein. Ich mag keine neuen Autos.?? Ich hatte schon mal geguckt, finde aber nur Fahrzeuge mit DSG .

Well, good luck to them persisting with it. But Hydrogen power is a proven dead end as a means of propulsion. Way too inefficient to make, and way too hard to handle to be practical en masse. And the line about Japan not having its own natural resources…..how does hydrogen fix that vs electricity?Keep fossil fuel ICE for the special/hard to electrify use cases, and everything else goes electric. Emissions slashed to sustainable levels, everybody happy. Even those who don’t understand physics.

엔진 브레이킹 사용 시 RPM 상승과 소음 발생. 긴 내리막길에서 2단 기어로 유지할 때 시속 45km 정도에서 가속되는 현상.

장거리 주행 중 배터리 경고등이 점등되었으며, 진단 결과 오토차저(alternator)가 충전을 하지 않는 것으로 확인됨. 주행거리 26만 km 시점에서 발생. 겨울철 미사용 시 배터리 방전 문제로 인해 배터리 충전기를 상시 연결하여 사용해온 상태

우측으로 회전할 때 핸들이 미끄러지는 현상 발생. 우회전 중 갑자기 핸들이 좌측으로 미끄러지며 우측으로 크게 꺾어야 조정됨. 간헐적이지만 매우 위험한 상태.

파워 스티어링 유체가 거품이 많고 빨간색보다 주황색임. 조향 시 윙윙거리는 소음 발생. 4일 전부터 시작됨.

안전 손잡이(safety handle)에 연결된 안전 정지 케이블(safety stop cable)에 유격이 있음. 풀코드를 당길 때 노출된 케이블을 함께 당기면 항상 시동이 걸림. 시동 후 케이블의 노출된 부분을 당기면 엔진이 꺼지지 않음. 스파크플러그 교환, 오일 교환, 카뷰레터 오링 재조립 후에도 시동 불안정 문제 지속.

2006 VW Golf 프론트 두 개의 스프링에서 침대 스프링 같은 삐걱거리는 소리 발생. WD40를 분무해도 효과 없음. 계절에 따라 변함 (특히 여름에 더 조용함). 작은 범프마다 삐걱거림.
