처리 내용
타이어 압력을 모니터링하는 두 가지 기본 시스템이 있다: 액티브 시스템과 패시브 시스템. 액티브 시스템은 타이어 내부에 센서와 송신기를 사용한다. 구형 시스템은 센서를 밴드 클램프로 휠에 부착하고 타이어 내부에 장착했으며, 신형 센서는 밸브 스템의 일부이며 역시 타이어 내부에 있다. 센서는 무선으로 제어 모듈과 통신한다. 더 복잡한 시스템은 각 센서에 ID 시퀀스를 할당하고 프로그래밍 후 각 위치를 인식한다. 이는 회전 후 현재 위치로 다시 학습해야 함을 의미한다. 덜 복잡한 시스템은 단지 하나의 타이어 압력이 정상보다 낮다는 것을 표시한다. 패시브 시스템은 휠 속도 센서를 사용하여 낮은 압력 타이어의 휠 속도 차이를 계산한다. 이 시스템에서는 4개의 타이어가 모두 낮은 압력이면 경고 시스템이 작동하지 않을 수 있다고 추측한다. 대부분의 시스템은 스페어 타이어를 모니터링하지 않는다. 일부 신형 차량은 옵션으로 트레일러 타이어 모니터링도 포함한다. 독립형 시스템도 있다.

Been and collected it this lunchtime after another test drive and I read the codes whilst out & about and thankfully zero issues Will collect the 18" alloys & winter tyres ASAP and then sell the 403Ms off; they've just been refurbed but a) I don't like them that much, b) not a fan of black wheels at all and c) the RFTs are crap Parts already been ordered (OEM velour mats and M Sport grilles via Cotswolds BMW) and a full oil & filter change kit etcThe parts list will continue to grow haha
