Incredibly clean build ! watching this with much interest as i'm currently also building a 2.7 987 track car which happens ( for now ) to be guards red and fully caged.. i've seen vids of your car on insta and YT and im really interested in the turbo stuff so looking forward to that part of the write up.

Without knowing the price per litre, this (surely) has to be a positive development?The UK (and European) Governments need to have a sliding methodology towards phasing our fossil fuels entirely. This seems, on the face of it, a means to do just that, that will (should) also gain support from petrolheads.

Seat belts seem to be a reasonably useful function that might have had some effect on the safety of car passengers. Collapsible steering columns too, but they're not as glamorous.

Pontiac Grand Am의 냉각팬이 작동하지 않음. 호스 교체 후 발생. 냉각팬 #2 퓨즈가 끊어짐 (AC용으로 추정). 겨울철이라 AC는 문제없음. 냉각팬 #1이 엔진이 뜨거워도 작동하지 않음. 냉각팬 #1은 릴레이만 보임.

속도 범프(포트홀 등)를 넘을 때 후륜이 지나가면서 전륜보다 훨씬 더 심하게 차 전체가 위아래로 튀고 딱딱거린다. 쇼크는 교체했으나 증상이 계속되며, 후미가 너무 딱딱하다는 느낌이다. 코일 스프링에 문제가 있을 가능성이 있으나 외관상 이상이 보이지 않음. 1993년식 Acura Integra 스포츠 해치백.

타이어 교체가 필요하지만 주문한 타이어 도착까지 2주 정도 소요됨. 현재 타이어 상태가 안전한지 확인 필요. 일일 약 40마일 통근하며 비 오는 날씨도 예상됨.

1997 BMW E39 5시리즈 투어링의 리어 쇼크 업소버를 Bilstein B4 OEM 제품으로 교체한 후 승차감이 현저히 악화됨. 쇼크 마운트(N.7), 보조 쇼크 업소버(N.5), 모든 마운팅 하드웨어(N.2, 3, 6, 8, 9, 10)도 함께 교체했으며, 제조사 규격에 따라 토크 조정 완료. 서스펜션의 다른 부품은 교체하지 않음.

2007 아우디 TT 2.0 TFSI 장시간 방치로 디스크 녹슬음. 온라인에서 주문한 새 디스크가 도착했는데 기존 디스크(벤틸레이션형)와 직경은 같지만 두께가 얇음. 새 디스크는 솔리드형으로 벤틸레이션형보다 상당히 얇음. 더 얇은 디스크 장착 가능 여부 확인 필요.

에어컨을 켠 후 한동안 지나면 미스트가 나오고 대시보드 아래에서 누수가 발생하며 약 한 달간 지속되고 있음

엔진을 직접 자전거에 연결하고 페달을 밟으면 시동을 걸지 않았는데도 엔진이 회전하는가? 디젤과 가솔린 엔진 모두에서 페달을 누르면 힘이 가해지는가? 언덕을 내려가면서 가속페달을 밟지 않을 때 엔진이 연료를 소비하는가? 시동을 끈 후 기어가 물려있을 때 어떻게 되는가?

너울링된 피스톤(knurled piston)이 무엇인지, 일반 피스톤과의 차이점, 그리고 너울링된 피스톤을 사용해야 하는 이유가 궁금함

2014 Toyota Corolla, 주행거리 30,000km 미만. 뒷바퀴(우측) 타이어가 도로 파편으로 펑크. 타이어 샵에서 패치 대신 플러그로 수리했으나, 겨울 추운 날씨에 공기가 빠짐. 다른 샵에서는 전체 타이어 교체를 권장하고 있음.

멀티-포트 분사와 복합-포트 분사의 차이점이 무엇인지, 그리고 다른 연료 분사 방식의 대안이 있는지 궁금함. 연료 펌프를 업그레이드하고 연료 라인 압력을 높여서 흡입 밸브가 열릴 때 연료를 강제로 엔진에 흘려보낼 수 없는 이유가 무엇인지 질문.

2004 인피니티 G35, 155,000km, 냉간 시동 후 추운 아침에만 간헐적으로 초당 약 2회 진동하는 "부드러운 금속 삐걱거림" 소리가 들림. 약 1분 후 사라짐. 엔진이 따뜻하거나 외부 온도가 섭씨 0도 이상일 때는 발생하지 않음.

얼터네이터 교환

1998 알티마의 새 교대기 설치 후 야간에 배터리가 8볼트까지 방전되어 시동이 걸리지 않음. 자동차 시동이 꺼진 상태에서 교대기를 테스트하면 0.4암페어의 역전류가 흐르고 있음.
