Quick background, was a serial car buyer before, owned loads usually strange or a little eccentric, predeliction for clever small cars and big barges, although that itch had not been revisited for several years. 2019 saw me needing reliable transport that could whisk me around the country cheaply so I sold my e39 525i and bought a five year old Mini One D, most expensive purchase of my life but a car I love. 1995 시빅 냉각 문제. 2개월 전까지는 정상 작동. 내기순환(RECIRCULATED AIR) 버튼의 오렌지 표시등이 (간헐적으로) 켜지지 않음. 어제는 켜졌으나 현재 91도 날씨에서 냉각이 전혀 되지 않음. 외부공기(Outside Air) 버튼의 녹색 표시등만 켜짐. 내기순환 버튼의 오렌지 표시등이 켜지지 않는 이유를 알 수 없음.

타이어 교환

2009 Ford Focus SES에 장착된 215/45R17 Bridgestone Blizzak 겨울 타이어가 마모되어 교체 필요. 타이어샵에서 205/50R17 GTRadial Champiro로 교체를 제안했는데, 규격 변경이 문제가 없는지 확인 필요.

새 타이어 장착 후 약 1주일 뒤 장거리 주행 중 TPMS에서 저압 경고 발생. 특정 타이어에서 누기 확인되었으나 못이나 손상 부위를 발견할 수 없음. 34 PSI로 충압 후 약 20마일 주행하면 25 PSI로 감소하고, 이후 20~30마일마다 반복적으로 압력 저하 발생.

Buying a 2nd hand car which i have just been told is ready to pick up tomorrow. What do I do in terms of insurance, do I tell them I want the cover for the new car to start tomorrow? I am under the impression that I can't tax the car until there is insurance in my name, but it can take the insurance database a few hours to update.

The GTi grille is incomplete in that the outer sections are missing their red trim. If I were looking at the car to purchase I would want to check very carefully that it is not a lower model with a GTi grille shoved on it.I did guess the right model in two though.

I've worked with the Chinese for nearly 15 years. Mainly around power and engineering.Brilliant culture.They are fantastic at mass produced consumables.Phones, electronics , appliances, EV's, batteries, Temu, BYD.What they don't understand are humans, bespoke engineering, outside the box creativity (literally and metaphorically). Cool. Regarding cars, I don't think they will effect too much the premium manufacturers where the USPs are founded on development and a perceived culture , JLR, Bentley, Ferrari, Porsche, Toyota etc.I do fear for the likes of Vauxhall, ford, Audi, BMW, VW.

2003 포드 포커스(약 200,000마일, 순정 알루미늄 휠)에 새 타이어 4개를 장착한 후 에어 누수 문제 발생. 장착 후 1주일 뒤 62마일 출근길에서 다른 타이어가 펑크되어 빠르게 공기가 빠짐. 주행 가능하지만 2회 이상 공기 주입 필요.
