정기점검

실린더 벽이 마모되어 있고, 엔진을 오버보어(oversize bore)할 것을 제안받음. 실린더 치수 변경에 따른 압축비 변화에 대해 궁금함. 피스톤을 교체해야 하는지, 기존 피스톤을 사용할 수 있는지 확인 필요. 과도한 오버보어의 단점이 무엇인지 알고 싶음.

Ok so I go to a lot of music festivals in the summer, stay up all night, then try to sleep during the day. A buddy swears by just idling his van engine and blasting the AC, like for 4-8 hours when it gets up to 100 degrees outside… I get that this will put significant wear on the engine, but so will driving it 500 miles, what I’m asking is will it be dangerous for it and cause expensive repairs? Can a modern engine take this without breaking down or causing serious problems, as long as I change the oil afterwards or something? 2007 마즈다6의 배터리 음극(검은색) 터미널 클램프가 느슨해져서 시동모터가 전기계통을 완전히 방전시킨 후에야 작동함. 클램프 너트를 최대한 조여도 클램프가 쉽게 돌아감. 최근 영하의 날씨로 인한 금속 수축이 원인일 수 있음. 터미널에 부식은 보이지 않음.

100마력 엔진의 자동차가 300마력 엔진의 자동차보다 같은 속도(100km/h)에서 연비가 더 좋은 이유가 궁금함. 물리적으로는 같은 속도 유지에 같은 에너지가 필요한데, 고출력 엔진이 더 비효율적인가?

엔진 배기량이 1사이클당 연소되는 연료량과 어떻게 관련되는지 혼동함. 예를 들어 Ford Ka의 1.3L 배기량 엔진이 1사이클마다 1.3L의 연료를 소비한다고 잘못 생각함.

오펠/복스홀 인시그니아 운행 중 오일 점검 시 오일 레벨이 최대 용량을 초과한 상태로 발견됨. 오일 교환 사이에 오일 레벨이 상승하는 것으로 의심되며, 여러 정비소에서 정확한 양의 오일을 넣었을 것으로 판단되어 디젤이 피스톤 링을 통해 유입되는 것으로 추정됨.

FAW V2의 대시보드에 연료 부족 경고등과 안전벨트 경고등이 있지만 점등되지 않음. 조사 결과 이 두 시스템을 제어하는 회로가 없는 것으로 판명. 두 가지 시스템을 직접 구현하려고 함.

Well, good luck to them persisting with it. But Hydrogen power is a proven dead end as a means of propulsion. Way too inefficient to make, and way too hard to handle to be practical en masse. And the line about Japan not having its own natural resources…..how does hydrogen fix that vs electricity?Keep fossil fuel ICE for the special/hard to electrify use cases, and everything else goes electric. Emissions slashed to sustainable levels, everybody happy. Even those who don’t understand physics.

Obvs there's much to admire and respect about Ruf, not least the integrated FIA-spec roll cage, but the whole "It's not a 911 but it looks like a 911" thang doesn't sit well imho.If you have all that engineering talent and expertise, and you build a car in-house from the ground up, why not create your own exterior-styling instead of copying someone else's silhouette?
