엔진 시작 전에 기다려야 하는지에 대한 의문 - 사촌이 점화 스위치를 켜고 3초를 센 후 시동을 거는 습관에 대해 궁금함. 유체(정확히 어떤 유체인지 불명확)가 엔진에 충분히 채워질 시간을 주기 위한 것이라고 함. 예전 자동차는 키를 바로 돌려 시동을 걸면 가끔 시작 실패가 발생했으며, 지금도 몇 초 기다리는 것이 엔진에 더 좋다고 주장함.

Well, good luck to them persisting with it. But Hydrogen power is a proven dead end as a means of propulsion. Way too inefficient to make, and way too hard to handle to be practical en masse. And the line about Japan not having its own natural resources…..how does hydrogen fix that vs electricity?Keep fossil fuel ICE for the special/hard to electrify use cases, and everything else goes electric. Emissions slashed to sustainable levels, everybody happy. Even those who don’t understand physics.

Ok so I go to a lot of music festivals in the summer, stay up all night, then try to sleep during the day. A buddy swears by just idling his van engine and blasting the AC, like for 4-8 hours when it gets up to 100 degrees outside… I get that this will put significant wear on the engine, but so will driving it 500 miles, what I’m asking is will it be dangerous for it and cause expensive repairs? Can a modern engine take this without breaking down or causing serious problems, as long as I change the oil afterwards or something? I like that, price is crazy but I think they did the same with a limited run A110 so must have a pool of buyers willing and able.

Obvs there's much to admire and respect about Ruf, not least the integrated FIA-spec roll cage, but the whole "It's not a 911 but it looks like a 911" thang doesn't sit well imho.If you have all that engineering talent and expertise, and you build a car in-house from the ground up, why not create your own exterior-styling instead of copying someone else's silhouette?

Good lord. Only the government could find this difficult to implement and then find the most costly solution for the taxpayer.It's so blindingly simple and cost free to implement tomorrow. Put it on each litre of fuel. It doesn't matter if you drive backwards or clock your car, or lie about your mileage, you still need fuel. Drive in traffic and you use more as your mpg drops, natch.I reckon about 30p per litre would cover replacing VED.The EVs use smart chargers and the supply can easily tell when it is charging a car so can apply a p/kWh.

2016년 10월 1일 폭스바겐 딜러에서 교체한 배터리가 최상의 상태가 아닐 수 있음. 배터리의 색상 점은 '9/16'이고 음극 근처에 '3216' 표기가 있음. 이를 2016-W32(2016년 8월 8-14주)로 해석하면 구매 시점으로부터 약 1-2개월 이전 제조. 배터리의 색상 점이 현재 월보다 약 1개월 앞서는 것으로 보임.
