Vauxhall Agila A(Delphi CVC 내부 제어 컴프레서, 수동 변속기, Bosch Motronic ME ECU 장착)에서 AC를 켜고 클러치 페달을 천천히 올려서 차를 움직일 때 컴프레서 클러치가 OFF되는 현상 발생(클릭음 들림, CVC 컴프레서의 특유한 '으르렁' 소음이 멈춤). 정상적으로는 AC 작동 중 컴프레서가 싸이클링되지 않아야 함.

에어컨 가스 충전

두 번째 에어컨 재충전 후 냉매 누수 의심. 스탑리크 및 형광염료를 넣고 재충전함. UV 손전등으로 확인 결과 H 서비스 밸브(고압 밸브) 주변에 초록색 형광염료가 상당량 발견됨. 정비소에서 새 콘덴서 교체 견적(£360) 제시.

22AH AGM 보조 배터리를 충전하고 싶은데, 배터리 제조사에서 충전 시 6A를 초과하지 말 것을 권장함 (배터리 손상 및 폭발 위험). 그런데 올터네이터에서 나오는 전류가 6A보다 훨씬 많아서 문제가 됨

2001 Dodge Ram 1500의 스티어링이 매우 헐거움. 스티어링 휠을 거의 반바퀴 정도 돌려야 실제로 방향이 바뀜. 브레이크를 밟으면 스티어링이 팽팽해지고 파워 스티어링이 끊긴 것처럼 느껴짐.

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt 2.2L에서 P0420 코드 발생. 3개월 전에 촉매변환기와 산소센서를 교체했음에도 불구하고 코드가 다시 나타남.

트라이엄프 TR7의 SU HS6 카뷰레터 마운팅 플레이트에서 에어 누수 발생. 금속 플레이트에 러버 가스켓이 일체형으로 제작되어 있으며, 볼트 끝부분도 러버에 고정되어 있지만 금속 플레이트에는 고정되지 않아 흔들림 있음. 카뷰레터가 매니폴드에 불안정하게 마운트됨.

1989 Honda Civic DX 해치백이 시동이 걸리지 않음. 점화 스위치 턴시 배터리 경고등(정상), 브레이크등(정상), 체크 엔진등(순간 점등후 소등)은 켜지나 시동음(크랭킹)이 없음. 점화회로를 우회하여 솔레노이드와 스타터에 직접 전원 공급시 정상 시동 및 운전됨. 점화 스위치는 정비 설명서 기준 정상 작동. 스타터 릴레이와 클러치 인터락 릴레이 점검 중

브레이크 액을 8년간 교체하지 않음. 제조사 서비스 일정에서는 주행거리와 관계없이 2년마다 교체하도록 규정. 브레이크 시스템에 결함이 발생할 가능성이 있는지 확인 필요.

엔진룸의 퓨즈박스에서 릴레이 배치도를 확인 중 FMI2 BIFUEL LPG VALVE 릴레이가 배치도 표에는 표시되어 있으나 실제 퓨즈박스에는 장착되어 있지 않음. 다른 빈 슬롯들(-표시)과는 다르게 이 항목만 텍스트 기재가 있음.

As some may have seen in my other threads my SL500 went to a new home which freed up some cash to go in the Caterham fund. Ever since selling my old 310R I've bitterly regretted doing so.
