I guess I'm unusual in that I like to park my cars in the garage.My MX-5 is basic, no parking assist, and I have always reversed it into the garage. Recently, I had stuff in the boot and drove it in as it was raining, which meant reversing it out. Oddly enough, I found this easier than my normal reverse in. I just wondered what the general view was.

Surely the correct answer is the man brings the cars to the front door when sir wishes to go out? However, for us mere mortals... I reverse all three on to the drive but no idea why, probably because it slopes down towards the road therefore it just feels better with them pointing down when parked. The last thing in the garage was an 850 estate, always went in backwards as the door would hit the spoiler... alas I'm not blessed with a garage the size of an aircraft hanger either, sadly.
