터보차저가 외부 공기와 배기가스를 사용하는데 엔진에 해로울 수 있는지 궁금합니다. 터보차저가 흡입하는 공기의 미립자가 엔진을 손상시킬 수 있지 않을까요? 아니면 이를 막기 위한 에어필터가 있나요?

브레이크 패드 교환

2004년형 포드 포커스 Mk1 스테이션왜건의 클러치 교환 후 자동차가 왼쪽으로 심하게 끌려서 계속 핸들을 수정해야 함. 제동할 때 악화되며 제동 중 손을 놓으면 핸들이 조금 회전함. 클러치 교환 전에는 이 문제가 없었음. 자동차가 한 달간 카포트에서 잭 스탠드 위에 있었음.

VR6 엔진이 Corrado/Golf MK3 시대에 단종되었는지 확인 필요. 이 차량은 R32 구성인지 불확실함.

In the past when I had a car repaired / serviced, I'd go to the garage, inspect the work and, provided it was satisfactory, I would pay via credit card knowing I had some consumer protection if the car fell apart as a result of poor workmanship.Nowadays many places seem to ask for payment by bank transfer due to high bank charges. They don't even like payment by debit card.It feels like this leaves an element of risk on my side as I could be paying for work I have not seen and not having the credit card protection. Not to mention being poor for cashflow and missing out on credit card bonuses.

변속기 오일 교환

ZF 트랜스미션 프론트 하우징(벨 하우징)을 제거해야 함. 모든 디텐트와 측면 고정핀, 입력축 서클립, 베어링 뒤의 볼트를 제거했으나 프론트 하우징이 리어 하우징에서 3-5mm만 움직이고 더 이상 진전 없음. 로어 샤프트를 베어링으로 뒤로 밀어도 고착된 상태 지속.

가속할 때(특히 50% 이상) 엔진 베이에서 소음 발생, 좌회전 시에만 나타남(우회전 시는 없음), 엔진음 같은 소음이 가속 중에만 들림, 가속 페달을 떼면 사라짐

에어컨 가스 충전

2004 Subaru Outback Impreza 에어컨이 약함. 134a 냉매 충전 시도 중 압력이 낮게 표시됨. 냉매 충전 중 실수로 병을 거꾸로 뒤집음. 약 1분간 충전해도(10~15초마다 확인) 시스템 압력이 올라가지 않음. 28oz 병의 냉매가 거의 소진됨. 컴프레서가 꺼지고 벨트가 삐걱거리며 압력이 매우 높게 표시됨. 현재 컴프레서가 간헐적으로만 작동함.

BMW E60 530d 연간 검사 불합격 - 리어 잭킹 포인트(리어 서브프레임 마운팅 포인트 근처) 주변 부식. MIG 또는 ARC 용접 전 배터리 분리 시 차량의 다수 전기 시스템(알람 시스템 포함) 손상 우려. 배터리 분리 상태에서도 알람 시스템이 작동할 수 있음.

배터리 교환

2001 혼다 CR-V EX, 주행거리 130,000마일. 엔진 온도 경고등이 레드존 근처까지 상승했고, 냉각수 부족으로 냉각수를 보충함. 그 다음주에 시동이 걸리지 않음. 정상적인 시동음(클릭음)은 없었으나 악세서리는 정상 작동함. 점프스타트 충전기를 연결한 후 키를 돌렸을 때 큰 소음 발생.

브레이크 패드 교환

신호등에서 멈춰있을 때 자동변속기를 P(주차)로 넣어도 엔진, 브레이크, 변속기 등에 해로운 영향이 있을까요? 주차 브레이크는 사용하지 않습니다. 2016년식 도요타 코롤라 자동변속기 차량입니다. 배경: 출퇴근 거리가 늘어나면서 오른쪽 무릎에 통증이 생겼습니다. 신호등이 많은 구간에서 신호 대기 중 변속기를 P로 넣으면서 오른쪽 무릎 스트레스가 줄어들어 통증이 완화되었습니다.

크랭크축 센서 고장 의심, CEL 없음. 어제 밤 엔진이 타이밍을 제대로 유지하지 못하는 듯 모든 것이 박자가 맞지 않는 현상 발생. 드라이 가스를 넣고 트랜스미션 플루이드 약 2온스 보충 후 시동 시 부드러워지고 시프트가 정상적으로 작동하며 불규칙한 가속이 없어짐.

It looks the business from the outside and those rocker switches do look quite cool. I'm not sure the badge is established enough to sell too many over here at this money though. While certainly not all, I don't think it's controversial to say a majority of buyers for £70k SUVs are at least a bit interested in perceived status.Mind you, you have to start building that reputation somewhere. Maybe BYD see bringing it here as a loss leader to help establish the brand.

They just have. My 2006 e class looks like a normal size car these days. Especially the width of it. Even driving an F10 5 series feels scary on some roads, can’t imagine what the latest 5 is like to drive around the countryside.

Given there were only 5 new GranCabrio Trofeo’s registered in 2024 I can’t imagine Maserati are targeting much more than double figures per year for this one. Might be £50k less than a DB12 upfront but the Aston would be cheaper to lease / save the difference in depreciation which would make this a tough choice…

I'm learning about catalytic converters, and learned that a car with a functioning converter doesn't output carbon monoxide (CO) because it converts it into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O). When I look at Lamborghini Veneno and compare it for example to the Ferrari 458 Italia I can see that Lamborghini used a V12 while Ferrari placed a V8 inside the 458 Italia. I wonder why Lamborghini uses a V12 as it should be the heavier engine. Also due to additional 4 cylinders it has more spinning parts and wearing parts. Shouldn't the V8 have advantages over the V12? So I wonder why did the Lamborghini choose the V12 over an V8? I find the V8, after the 6 cylinder boxster from Porsche, the best engine when taking agreement between weight, spinning parts, horsepower/torque and space.
