에어컨 가스 충전

2006 Subaru Impreza Wagon, 170,000마일. 지난 달부터 자동차 후방에서 딱 소리(clunk)가 발생. A/C 가동 시에만 발생하며 항상 그런 것은 아님. 시속 50-55km 이하의 저속 주행 중 A/C 작동 시 소리 발생, A/C 끄면 소리 없음. 100마일 고속주행 중 A/C 켰을 때는 소리 없었음. 정비사는 휠 베어링 불량 및 악화 중인 후방 디퍼렌셜 의심.

2005 Mk5 골프 TDI가 아침에 배터리가 방전되어 점프 시동이 필요함. 운전 중에는 하루 종일 문제없으나 밤새 방치하면 다시 방전됨. 1시간 이상 주차 후에는 정상 시동됨. 새벽 시간에 브레이크등이 저절로 점등되며, 페달을 펌프질해야 꺼짐.

2004 홀덴 아스트라(호주산) - 1단 기어 결합 부족으로 출발 시 어려움 발생. 기어 스틱을 수동으로 1단에 놓으면 Drive까지 기어 변속 가능하고 주행 중에는 문제없음. 완전히 정지했을 때만 수동으로 기어를 조작해야 함. 간헐적으로 1단 기어가 결합되지 않아 2단에서 출발해야 함. 약 3년 전 차량 컴퓨터 교체함.

20만 마일 2008년식 HL 모델입니다. 변속기 유체가 한 번도 교환된 적이 없는 것 같습니다. 차가운 상태에서 시동 직후 기어를 P에서 다른 위치로 변경하기 어렵고, 변경할 때 차에서 충격/쇼크를 느낍니다. 차가 따뜻해진 후에도 P에서 다른 기어로 변경하기 쉽지 않은 것 같습니다. 이것이 정상인지 아니면 변속기에 문제가 있는지, 유체나 필터 교환이 도움이 될 수 있는지 알고 싶습니다.

브레이크 패드 교환

최근에 구입한 2002년식 토요타 시에나 XLE의 브레이크 문제 수정 후 증상: 마스터 실린더 교체, 새 패드·핀·러버 부츠 설치, 후륜 드럼 브레이크 점검(거의 마모 없음) 및 브레이크 클리너로 세척 완료. 헤인즈 매뉴얼에 따라 브레이크 부스터 테스트 실시 - 정상 작동 확인. 이전의 고착된 캘리퍼, 스펀지 같은 브레이크, 회전 시 브레이크 불작동 등의 문제는 모두 해결됨. 그러나 다른 차량보다 페달 여행(pedal travel)이 더 많은 것으로 보임.

야간 근무용 편도 15km 왕복 단거리 주행 차량 선택 관련 문의. 엔진이 충분히 데워지지 않는 것이 문제가 될 수 있는지 우려. 오일캡에 크림 같은 물질 형성, 헤드가스켓 손상 가능성 확인. 추운 환경에서 단거리 주행 차량 선택 및 유지보수 방법 문의.

새 라디에이터 설치 후 간헐적으로 시동이 걸리다가 최근에는 시동이 안 됨. 차량이 빠르게 과열됨. 스타터와 워터펌프가 동일한 센서나 퓨즈를 공유하여 함께 작동하지 않는 것으로 의심됨.

마스터 실린더(M/C) 블리딩 시 페달을 눌렀다 놨을 때 유체 흐름의 작동 원리 이해 부족. 페달을 누르면 피스톤이 우측으로 이동하여 흡입 포트를 차단하고, 휠 실린더 블리더를 열면 M/C 피스톤 캐비티(스프링이 있는 부분)가 압축되어 블리더를 통해 유체가 배출됨. 블리더를 닫고 페달을 놓으면 피스톤이 좌측으로 복귀하려 하는데, 피스톤 캐비티가 확장하려면 리저버에서 새로운 유체가 공급되어야 하는 메커니즘이 불명확함.
