I've been watching Pete's Garage on YouTube and the guy is absolutely amazing and very enlightening on the subject. He has at least one video on engine painting but he mentions it in a number of other videos. However, he doesn't really expound on why an engine should be painted. What are the benefits of painting an engine? For example, my Tacoma has an aluminum block and aluminum heads but they are not painted. Why are some other engines painted?

콜드 스타트 시 엔진에서 날카로운 고음의 재채기 같은 소리 발생. 약 2개월간 지속. 시작은 콜드 스타트 시 발생했으나, 최근에는 주행 후 재시동 시 10회 중 1회 정도 발생. 엔진 시동 및 운행은 정상.

What a fantastic collection of cars and the way you approach the running and upkeep of them makes for fascinating reading. I also have a particular soft spot for English bull terriers so any shot of Frank is a highlight too...
