엔진오일 교환

200,000km 이상 주행한 중고 트럭. 1년 이상 방치되어 있었음. 점화 플러그는 정상 작동하지만 연료 공급 없음. 타이밍 확인 완료 (TDC 맞음). 에테르 분사 후에도 시동 불가능 (역화 없음).

배터리 위와 옆면에 액체가 누출되어 있음. 황산이 누출된 것으로 추정됨. 배터리 아래 판금 부식 우려.

운전석 파워 시트가 뉘워진 상태에서 조절 불가능 (승객석은 정상 작동). 2일 후 전력 완전 차단 - 헤드라이트, 계기판 전등 모두 작동 안 함. 배터리 점프 시도해도 불이 들어오지 않음. 키를 돌려도 엔진음, 클릭음 없음. 배터리는 신품으로 확인됨. 과거 전기/배선 문제 없었음.

짧은 거리를 자주 운전할 때(주 2회, 5마일 이하) 연비가 낮아 보임. 주행 거리에 비해 휘발유를 자주 채워야 함. 드라이브웨이에 유출 흔적 없음. 남부 캘리포니아의 더운 날씨 환경.

최근에 연료 탱크를 채울 때 펌프가 조기에 꺼지는 문제 발생. 유튜브 영상에서는 EVAP 활성탄 캐니스터(charcoal canister)가 막혔을 가능성을 지적. 2010 Corolla 해치백(Corolla Auris)에서 EVAP 캐니스터의 위치를 찾을 수 없음.

2004 쉐보레 2500 6.0L - AC 컴프레서 벨트를 장착한 후 주차 중 대시보드에 "Engine Coolant Hot" 경고가 표시되고, 컴프레서 위의 파이프에서 냉각수가 분사되며 라디에이터 호스에 진공 현상 발생

냉각수 누수가 발생했고 불량 가스켓이 원인이었습니다. 냉각수가 엔진으로 새어 들어갔습니다. 가스켓을 교체한 후 수백 마일 주행 후 오일을 교환했을 때 냉각수에 많은 양의 오일이 섞여 있었습니다.

운전석 히터는 정상적으로 작동하다가 15-25분 주행 후 점차 작동 중단됨. 동승석 히터는 전혀 따뜻해지지 않음 (팬은 작동함). 휴식 후 같은 증상 반복. 과거 헤드 개스킷 교체, 호스 교체, 튜브 교체, 써모스탯 교체, 익스팬션 탱크 재설치 등 쿨런트 시스템 수리 이력 있음. 상단 부근에서 매우 미량의 쿨런트 누유 의심.

2004 Ford Freestar의 연료 압력 레귤레이터 교체 후에도 체크 엔진 경고등이 5-10분 후 다시 켜짐. 정지 상태에서 엔진 진동, 약 20초 공회전 후 엔진이 꺼지는 현상 반복.

I'm interested in learning more about the steps that can be taken to increase the performance of an engine. I'm curious how much displacement affects performance. For example, compare the following two engines: 4 cylinder, 1000cc 6 cylinder, 1500cc Is it possible to increase the displacement of the 4 cylinder engine to match the performance of the 6 cylinder, or are there other factors involved (i.e. how much do number of cylinders matter)? 2005 Mk5 골프 TDI가 아침에 배터리가 방전되어 점프 시동이 필요함. 운전 중에는 하루 종일 문제없으나 밤새 방치하면 다시 방전됨. 1시간 이상 주차 후에는 정상 시동됨. 새벽 시간에 브레이크등이 저절로 점등되며, 페달을 펌프질해야 꺼짐.

Completely agree that it is a 'no class' thing to do. It is making the infatuated puppets dance. They look foolish, the company looks cynical and exploitative, everyone gets a bit grubby.That said, it must be very nice to have a corps of infatuated puppets, and very difficult to resist the temptation to make them dance a bit. Maybe that's just me. I'm pretty grubby.
