2005년식 VW 폴로 1.2 가솔린(주행 170,000km) 체크 엔진 경고등 발생. 산소 센서 2(O2 센서) 교체 후 OBD 스캔 도구로 경고등 해제했으나 50km 후 다시 점등. 교체 이후 플렉시블 배기관 문제와 배기관 누출 발생. 배기관 누출과 플렉시블 부품 수리 후 소음은 개선됨.

타이어가 2-3일간 완전히 펑크 상태로 방치되어 있음. 주행하지 않았으며, 사이드월 손상 여부 확인 필요.

2006 폰티악 몬태나, 약 96,000마일 주행, 유지보수 기록 없음. 딜러십에서 필터, 오일, 배터리, 타이어 교체 완료. 변속기 오일 교체 여부에 대해 우려 중 - 오일 교체 시 플러시가 아닌 완전 교체(필터 포함)를 해야 하지만, 기록이 없어서 더 큰 문제를 유발할 수 있을까봐 걱정함.

밴을 운전할 때 액셀 페달에서 발을 완전히 떼면 (기어는 유지) 평탄한 도로에서도 곧바로 감속되어 정지하고 엔진이 꺼진다. 승용차와 달리 저속으로 계속 움직이지 않는다.

2007년식 토요타 시에나, 주행거리 85,000마일. 지난 여름 고속도로 주행 중 엔진 경고등 점등 및 심한 진동 발생. 가속 시 시스템 반응 거의 없음 (시속 50마일 이상). 저단(2~3단)으로 변속하면 약간 개선되나 여전히 시속 50마일 정도로 제한됨. 엔진 정지 후 약 10분 뒤 재시동 시 문제 없음. 정비소 도착 시 스캔 불가능 상태.

변속기 오일 교환

마즈다 6 디젤 2003년형 136마력 차량이 시동이 걸리지 않음. 흡입 제어 밸브(SCV)를 교체해야 할 것으로 보임. 연료 펌프가 고착된 것으로 의심됨. 직접 차고로 차를 끌고 가야 함.

변속기 오일 교환

1996 포드 에스코트의 시프트 레버가 때때로 1단으로 이동하지 않으며, 엔진을 끄고 시동을 걸어야 함. 때로는 어떤 기어 위치로도 이동하지 않아 길가에 코스팅하여 엔진을 끄고 다시 시동해야 함. 최근에는 클러치 페달을 밟은 상태에서도 시동이 걸리면서 차가 움직이기 시작함. 이런 경우 레버가 그 위치(1단 또는 후진)에서 움직이지 않으며, 중립으로도 이동할 수 없음. 시프트 스틱 자체가 움직이지 않음.

6L90 트랜스미션 교체 시 리플래시/리프로그래밍 필요 여부 확인 (2011 GMC 2500 HD, 89k마일 중고 트랜스미션으로 220k마일 마모된 트랜스미션 교체 예정)

오버드라이브 기어에서 중립에서 바로 진입 불가 (RPM은 정상), 1단이나 2단에서 시작하면 정상 작동, 3단 이후에는 오버드라이브 진입 가능. OBD2 진단에서 에러 코드 없음, 미션 오일도 정상. 이후 약 2km 수동 주행 후 전진 기어 완전 상실, 후진만 작동.

2010년식 · ACV40 (2006-2011) · 2.4 자동

변속기 오일 교환

2010 도요타 FJ 크루저 자동변속기, 4x4 풀스톡. 주행 3000km부터 시작된 변속 문제. 모든 기어 간 변속 시 진동/거친 변속 발생. 상향/하향 변속 모두 영향. 증상이 일관성 없음 - 때로는 가속 시 5단까지 거친 변속 발생, 다른 경우는 정상 작동. 진단에 2.5년, $2500 소비.

클러치 페달에 압력이 거의 없었고, 펌프질을 해야만 약간의 압력이 생김. 결국 마스터 실린더를 교체했는데 처음에는 작동했으나 다음날 아침 완전히 압력이 없어짐. 누유 흔적 없음.

포드 포커스의 에어컨 에바포레이터 코어 누수로 인해 계기판과 대시보드를 분해하여 에바포레이터 코어를 교체했습니다. 부품을 다시 조립하는 중인데, 기어시프트 아래에 정체 불명의 배선 하네스가 있습니다. 큰 화살표는 기어시프트 뒤의 수 커넥터로 연결되어야 할 기어시프트용 하네스의 위치를 나타냅니다.
