I was looking at the latest news about Tesla's Cybertruck, and how the whole project is basically that episode of The Simpsons where a company gets Homer to design a car. Hi All,First post here, so please be gentle!I am looking for recommendations for a fun weekend car to entertain my 4 year old son.Budget - £5k - £7.5kMake / Model - Dont mind, need adviceRunning costs - Cheap preferablySeats - any, but 2 seater or 3 door preferableYear - Don't mindStorage - Can be garage storedMy day to day car is a Jaguar i-pace. I have very very limited mechanical knowledge so do not want something that needs work. Any small jobs through the ownership period i am happy to have a go at myself (with support from the YouTube oracle!).Appreciate any advice.Thank you

Well firstly there is the cost of redoing parking spaces plus the subsequent reduction in the amount of spaces. Reduced income plus the cost of redoing the work. So I wouldn't think it's that easy tbh. You are confusing "ease" with "desirability". It is easy to do, they just don't want to.

지난 2주간 인테이크 매니폴드와 가속페달 근처에서 지저귀는 소리(chirping sound)가 발생. 소리가 간헐적으로 발생하며, 1주일 전 저속 주차장 탈출 시 시동이 꺼짐. 극저온 날씨였기에 드라이 가스 투입 후 엔진 스터블링과 시동 꺼짐 증상이 일시적으로 호전됨. 오늘 월마트 주차장 탈출 시 다시 여러 번 시동 꺼짐 발생. 지저귀는 소리 시작과 함께 시동 꺼짐이 직결되어 있으며, 소리 발생 시 엔진이 '죽어가는' 상태로 변함.

2004 현대 소나타가 시동이 걸리지 않음. 간헐적으로 발생하며, 이전에는 크랭킹 후 짧은 시간 운행 후 꺼짐. 연료펌프, 크랭크 센서, 캠 센서 교체 후에도 문제 지속. 아들이 휘발유를 주유한 후 시동 불가(약 1시간 후 정상 시동됨). 어제 시동 후 주행 중 동력 상실 후 엔진 꺼짐.

2002 마즈다 프로테제5의 밸브 커버 가스켓 균열로 인한 오일 누유. 자가 교체를 고려 중이며, 스파크 플러그 와이어 라벨링 및 밸브 노출 부분 보호 등은 알고 있음. 가스켓에 실런트 도포 필요 여부 및 기타 주의사항 확인 필요.

'04 아큐라 TSX가 지난 여름 말부터 시동이 어려워짐. 시동은 걸지만 실제 시작까지 5-10초 소요. 간헐적 문제 - 어떤 날은 정상, 어떤 날은 문제 발생. 겨울에는 증상 사라졌다가 여름 더위 돌아오면서 재발. 열 관련 문제로 추정. 온라인에서는 혼다/아큐라의 연료펌프 릴레이가 열에 약하다는 조언 받음.
