To my mind SUVs are the bulk of the issue - where most drivers in the past would have bought a hatchback if they had no need for regular massive boot space, or an estate where they had that need often, now very few of either are sold and instead everyone's buying lardy pretend off-roaders to drive around city / urban areas where they are completely pointless and unnecessary. If that trend could somehow be reversed, the roads

The latest MX-5 conforms to all modern crash standards and hasn t really changed size since the first model. Yep. Bigger = more successful and I want to show you that I am. Part of the reason why SUVs have outsold normal cars in recent years. Status. I don't think its status its fashion and fitting in with everyone else, sleek and pretty becomes fashionably ugly as sin, curvy becomes box shaped, being individual is uncomfortable for many.

I try to be as objective as I can with cars, not carry over any prejudices but like in all aspects of life (clothing, food, drink, electrical/audio equipment etc), there are brands that I am more drawn to and have more of an affinity/fondness with for varying reasons. So what would those 6 car manufacturers/brands be for you and why? Here are mine.1) Ford - this is mostly an age thing, as growing up in Britain in the 80s you were either team Ford, team Vauxhall or team Austin Rover and I was definitely team Ford. Why? Probably because of the Capri, XR Fords and RS Turbos and of course the

르노코리아 QM6
I have seen this car near my work a couple of times now.Looks lovely! Its RHD with a UK number plate but the only information i can see about a new Williams renault 5 is here:https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/renault/5/367369/new...which looks quite different, so what is this car? just a home grown car?
BMW M3
I was thinking about this the other day, as a work colleague was telling me about his friend who was transplanting a BMW M57 diesel engine (the 3 litre straight six diesel) and the ZF 8-speed auto into a classic Defender. Now objectively this makes it a better car (faster, more efficient, more usable etc) and this is essentially what Ineos did to make the Grenadier but does it retain the character/feel of a classic Defender? I would argue no. If I were getting a classic Defender, I would probably seek out a Td5 as I thought it was the best engine they put in it from factory and maybe get a
