i'm not sure why you would want to with a convertible. Maybe the hatch, but then again why pay for the privilege, Mini were once capable of building a decent hot hatch in house. It all went downhill after the R56 JCW IMO.

F56 great buy! I picked up a 2yr old Cooper SD in 2017 and still have it. Whoever spec'd it did a great job as its got every extra except sunroof, Harmon stereo and front parking sensors - even has adaptive cruise, LED lights and HUD!Run flats were the worse thing when I got it as it rides on the 18" alloys, dropping into a pothole would bulge the sidewalls writing off the tyre! When I swapped to normal tyres it transformed the ride quality. I think if I wanted to really look into the risk vehicles pose to third parties, I would ask the insurance companies. Are these large/heavy vehicles dramatically more expensive to insure?
