I was looking at the latest news about Tesla's Cybertruck, and how the whole project is basically that episode of The Simpsons where a company gets Homer to design a car. Volvo makes safe cars which are not only the bare minimum in passing NCAP but offer real safety.For example crashing into a stopped lorry at 40mph I am sure there will be no intrusion into the Volvo cabin. Well there's a surprise, the police can't be bothered to take any action against the Mercedes driver. I have asked them for an explanation as to why but doubt I will get one. Went to a small local show that I heard about on the grapevine, at a place called Path Head watermill, a beautiful setting a few miles from my place, but somewhere I'd never heard of or visited. It was a nice enough day, but the turnout was poor, mainly due to there being several other better advertised car events on that day.
