Well there's a surprise, the police can't be bothered to take any action against the Mercedes driver. I have asked them for an explanation as to why but doubt I will get one. It wouldn't surprise me if this isn't the first time he's done this to someone and it won't be the last. They had better not come wanting help from me in future as it won't be forthcoming. I just hope the next time he damages someone's property and gives them attitude they lay the scumbag out.

What is wrong with these idiots, he was quite prepared to have his car destroyed by a van for daring to inconvenience him for five seconds by being in the wrong lane.The thing is, people are are aholes because people let them get away with it, but is it really worth letting these people potentially ruining your life rather than just getting out of their way?It's genuinely a difficult decision, on the one hand as you say if you just let them get away with it then you're empowering them, if you stop them you run the risk of confrontation or worse, I don't truly think there's a correct answer.
