Tein 코일오버 교체 후 리어에서 지속적인 쿵쿵거리는 소음 발생 (범프와 관계없이). 15mph 테스트 드라이브에서 충돌음으로 들림. 엔드 링크 접촉 의심. 댐퍼 16클릭 중 5단계 하향 조정. 토크 렌치 미사용으로 모든 볼트 체결 상태 미확인.

2000 Buick Regal의 히터/에어컨이 불규칙하게 작동. AC 설정 시 양쪽에서 뜨거운 바람이 나오거나, 한쪽은 뜨거운 바람, 다른 쪽은 차가운 바람이 나오거나, 때때로 정상 작동. 난방 설정 시에도 동일한 증상(양쪽에서 찬바람, 편쪽만 찬바람, 또는 정상 작동). 대리점에서 대시보드 유닛 전체를 교체했으나 몇 주 후 문제 재발

고빔(헤드라이트)을 켜자 RPM 게이지가 깜빡이다가 0으로 떨어짐. 엔진을 끈 후 시동이 걸리지 않음(배터리 방전 상태). 토잉으로 시동을 걸어 10km 주행. 엔진 공회전 중 브레이크, ABS 경고등이 켜져 있고, 고회전 시 여러 경고등이 켜졌다 꺼짐. (배터리 및 알터네이터는 14개월 된 신품)

2003 Volvo XC70에서 약 5000마일 동안 미세한 엔진 노킹 발생했으나 엔진 손상 징후 없음. 오일 상태 양호. 2500-3500 RPM 범위에서만 소음 발생. 고속도로 주행 중 체크 엔진 표시등 점등. 스캔 결과 알터네이터 기능 부전 및 크랭크 회전 속도 저하 진단. 약 100마일 주행 후 작은 '펑' 소리와 함께 엔진 노킹이 심해짐.

1984 Toyota 픽업의 AC 콘덴서 누수. 도요타가 더 이상 순정 부품을 생산하지 않으며, 애프터마켓 제조업체에서도 재고가 없음.

2000 Ford Ranger (V6, 4.0L, 디스크/드럼 브레이크) 좌측 후륜 브레이크 슈 스프링이 부러져서 고속도로에서 브레이크가 완전히 걸린 상태로 주행했습니다. 주차 후 좌측 후륜이 매우 뜨거워져 있었고, 후륜 휠/허브/드럼이 심하게 손상되었습니다.

녹슨 주철 배기 매니폴드를 정소하고 코팅하려고 함. 1400°F까지 견딜 수 있는 세라믹 코팅, 파우더 코팅, 또는 내열 페인트 중 최적의 코팅을 찾고 있음

엔진오일 교환

서버반이 급한 경사진 드라이브웨이에서 연료 부족 상태로 주행 중 연료펌프가 갑자기 차단됨. 새 연료펌프로 교체 후 배선 커넥터를 접합했으나, 시동을 걸어도 연료펌프가 작동하지 않음. 정상적으로는 시동 시 펌프 음성이 들려야 함.

'07 Subaru Legacy에서 냉시동 시 도넛 가스켓 아래에 물방울이 가끔 생기고 축축한 배기음 냄새가 난다. OEM 신품 가스켓과 스프링을 사용했으며 마주보는 면을 정리했다(표면이 부드러워 보이지만 충분하지 않을 수 있음). 1인치 높아진 후방 스프링 외에는 개조 없음.

실린더 헤드의 흡기/배기 포트 용량이 엔진의 파워 곡선에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 궁금함. 흡기 및 배기 밸브가 4행정 사이클을 위해 특정 간격으로 열리고 닫히는데, 포트 용량이 정확히 무엇을 의미하며 엔진 성능에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 이해하고 싶음.

wasn't the Ital an evolution of the Marina? which was basically a rebodied Oxford from the `50s? lever arm shocks, leaf springs and wheezy OHV cast iron powered FE/RWD units when the competition were running FWD, Coil springs etc etc- giving a better ride for similar money.
