2007 혼다 시빅, 주행거리 90km - 연비 불량 문제. 스캔 결과: STFT -9%, LTFT -7.03%, 산소센서 전압 0.55v, EGR 에러 99%, 명령 EGR 듀티 0%, 명령 증발가스 퍼지 22%, MAF 유량 2.7g/sec. STFT 음수값은 리치 조건을 나타내며 연비에 큰 영향을 미치고 있음.
처리 내용
연료 트림 수치로 보아 측정되지 않은 진공 누수가 있는 것으로 판단됨. 진공 누수 테스트 방법: 연기 분사기(smoke machine)가 없을 경우 소형 프로판 병을 사용하여 테스트 가능 - 엔진 아이들 상태에서 프로판 팁(불은 붙이지 않음)을 흡기 주변에서 천천히 움직이면서 엔진 RPM 변화를 감지하면 누수 위치를 파악할 수 있음. 브레이크 부스터 누수 가능성도 확인 필요. 진공 누수 수리 후 연료 트림이 정상화되어야 정상적인 연비 회복 가능.
