증상

Followed a woman this morning on a NSL single road, she then turned off the same way as me, eventually the road split into a dual carriageway so I went in lane 2 and went past her, doing the best part of 35mph, when I overtook she was about 85 years old I would say, absolutely clining onto her steering wheel for dear life, while holding a vape in her right hand at the same time.

If someone isn't capable of judging whether 63 is safe for the conditions, they also won't be able to judge whether 60 is safe for the conditions.(Please provide evidence for your assertion about my choices?)
