신규 방향성 타이어(60,000마일 보증, 신규 트레드 11/32")를 장착한 후 20,000마일에 1회 로테이션했을 때, 40,000마일 시점에서 4개 타이어 모두 수명 종료 상태(2/32" 또는 3/32" 트레드)에 도달. 덜 빈번한 로테이션이 타이어 수명을 단축시킬 수 있는지 확인 필요.

타이어 압력이 권장 수치(35psi)에서 변화함. 2주 전 -20°C에서 설정했을 때는 정상이었으나, 현재 0°C 근처에서 약 38psi로 측정됨. 1주일 후 다시 영하로 내려갈 예정. 실시간 타이어 압력 모니터링 시스템(TPMS)으로 4개 타이어의 압력을 언제든 확인 가능.

1995 Camry LE (4기통)에서 두 번의 스키드 현상 발생. 첫 번째: 고속도로에서 시속 50km로 주행 중 브레이크 적용 시 차량이 180도 회전하여 서비스 차선에 멈춤. 두 번째: 빗속에서 시속 30km로 고속도로 출구에서 우회전 감속 중 다시 스키드 발생하여 거의 180도 회전. 타이어는 신품이고 트레드 상태 양호.

1990 아쿠라 인테그라 LS(5단 수동변속기, 4기통) 클러치 교체 작업 중 변속기 제거가 필요한데, 시프트 암(shift arm)과 변속기의 연결 부분을 분리할 수 없음. 핀으로 연결된 것처럼 보이지만 핀을 빼내는 것이 위험해 보임. 눈에 띄는 볼트 헤드가 없고 러버 부츠 아래가 확인 안 됨.

I've noticed bike insurance online quotes asking for continuous riding experience and not just NCD this year.In their terms experience is not continuous if there is an insurance gap of more than 2 months. Seems strange as I'd have thought they would be happy for people not to be on the road over winter. I think there will be loads of bikers who have sold at the end of winter and wait until spring to pick up a new bike.I don't know what kind of loading they would put on for a gap but being off for the winter doesn't make you a bad rider.Besides that bike insurance has gone up a lot vs this time

중고 부품샵에서 구한 두 개의 트랜스미션이 99년식 F150에 맞는지 확인하고 싶은데, 둘 다 작동하지 않을 경우를 대비해 미리 테스트하고 싶음

2016 뷰익 베라노 트랜스미션 교체 후 스피드 센서 교체가 필요하다고 함. 고장난 스피드 센서를 $1000에 교체하라고 요청받음.

Gorgeous from the rear but that gearstick looks like a saggy tanned testicle

1993 미쓰비시 트리톤의 리버스 라이트가 자동차 시동 중에 기어 위치와 무관하게 항상 켜져 있음. 변속기는 정상 작동하며 주행에 문제 없음. 미쓰비시 정품 리버스 스위치로 교체했으나 문제 지속. 새 스위치는 눌렀을 때만 불이 꺼지고 뗄 때 다시 켜짐. 퓨즈 확인 완료.

랜드크루저 BJ40의 리어 디퍼렌셜(파워트랙스 트랙션 시스템 장착 LSD)에 일반 80W-90 GL5 기어유(LSD 오일 아님)를 주입했을 경우 문제 발생 가능성

최종 감속비(FDR) 증가에 따른 가속 성능 변화 및 변속기 영향에 대한 기술적 질문. 현재 바이크의 경우 순정 FDR 3:1에서 1단 레드라인 도달 시 60MPH 달성 가능하며, FDR을 4:1로 증가시킬 경우 가속 성능 변화 분석 필요

브레이크 패드가 금속까지 완전히 마모되어 프론트 드라이버측 로터의 안쪽 면에 스코어링(흠집) 발생. 스코어링이 촉감으로 느껴지고 육안으로도 확인 가능함 (VX Commodore 차량)

타이어 구매 시 DOT 날짜가 2012년인 재고품을 고려 중. 약 3년 된 타이어를 장착해도 문제가 없는지 확인 필요.

07 Dodge Ram 1500 수동 변속기 오일 교환 중 드레인 플러그 볼트가 스키핑됨. 13mm 박스엔드 렌치를 14mm 볼트에 사용했으나 육각형 헤드가 둥글어져 렌치가 미끄러짐. 해머로 임팩트를 줘도, 펜치를 사용해도 움직이지 않음. 볼트에 약간의 나사산만 남아있는 상태.

변속기 오일 교환

2007 타코마 (124K 마일) 실린더 헤드 완전 오버홀 후 (엔진 개스킷 + 밸브 래핑 + 탈 조정) 차량의 남은 수명이 얼마나 증가했는지 궁금함. 드라이브트레인과 트랜스미션 같은 다른 부품들도 있지만, 일반적으로 엔진이 가장 복잡하고 고장에 민감하기 때문에 엔진 고장으로 차량이 폐차됨.

폭풍 중 다리를 내려오던 중 보이지 않는 도로의 심한 홍수에 시속 44km로 물에 충돌. 물이 앞 유리에 흩어지고 속도가 20km로 감소했으며, 엔진룸으로 물이 유입됨.

현대 소나타

점화 플러그 교환

에어컨을 켜고 정차했을 때 차량이 떨리다가 꺼짐. 시속 40km 정도로 주행할 때는 에어컨을 켜도 정상 작동. 신호등에서 정차하면 수 초 내에 떨리고 꺼짐. 엔진은 다시 시동이 걸림. 새 점화플러그와 퍼지 밸브를 교체했음에도 1년간 체크 엔진 라이트가 간헐적으로 켜졌다 꺼짐.
