I think there is a space in the market for it. I mean look at how people went crazy for the Jimny - and it would be way more practical than that. I don't want to knock JLR too much as I thought the Defender 90 I test drove was bloody great but there is no way I'd buy on current reliability, plus the boot capacity is pathetic for such a huge vehicle. A 110 may have more space but would be bigger still. The boxy old Freelander 2 had a great set of dimensions in comparison, managing to be not too big in footprint but plenty spacious inside. I was aware they'd sold off the Freelander name anyway to Chery - who will sell not just one model but an entire range under that name in non-JLR showrooms worldwide. So while JLR may get a royalty from the name (based on production volume I guess?) it will surely steal at least some sales from JLR themselves, on models like this forthcoming Defender Sport. It seems like an act of self harm but if any insiders know better then would love to hear.

Having decided that it was time to move on from the C Class we bought in January, it was time to start looking at replacements.Initially an F31 3 series was the preferred option and a return to my safe place, however they all seemed really bloody expensive and it was hard to find at least a 320d with the options we (well, I) wanted. 트랙데이 준비 중 브레이크 슬라이더 핀 부츠가 매우 경화되어 있음. 이전 트랙데이(도닝톤)에서 가속 중 우회전하거나 힘주어 기어변경할 때 조수석 발 앞부분에서 불쾌한 소음 발생. 몇 코너 후 사라짐. 조수석 휠의 12시/6시 위치에서 드라이브샤프트에 약간의 왕복운동 감지.

VW Multivan이 장초 위에서 센서 신호를 제대로 인식하지 못해 시동은 켜져 있고 기어도 물려 있지만 가속을 시도해도 움직이지 않음. 차량이 센서 신호 혼동으로 인해 주행을 거부하는 상태.

That's absolutely spot on as you say, and even if you had a massive bank account for example, there's hardly anything to choose from now in terms of a brand new coupe as you say. Granted you can still get a Mustang//M4/Aston Martin for example, but there's basically nothing at the lower to mid end of the market anymore now though sadly.
