에어컨 가스 충전

에어컨/팬을 켤 때 이상음 발생. 소음은 약 30초 지속 후 사라짐. 에어컨/팬을 끄면 즉시 사라짐. 2010 렉서스 HS250h

자동차에 12V 전원이 필요한 회로(스피커, 앰프, LED)를 연결하려고 함. 시동 시 전압이 12V 이상으로 올라가고 배터리 충전 시 약 14V가 되는데, 안정적인 12V를 공급하는 최적의 방법을 찾고 있음. 대시보드가 아닌 다른 위치(예: 테일라이트 근처)에서 연결할 수 있는지 궁금함.

주말에만 운전하고 대부분 차고에 보관. 가스 스테이션에서 타이어 공기압 체크(집에서 약 1km 거리). 몇 달 된 새 타이어에 문제 발생. 낮은 공기압 상태에서 운전하는 것이 타이어에 영향을 미치는지 의심. 가스 스테이션 왕복 운전 시 평균 시속 20-40km.

Some of you may know my thread on here, the big bangle booty 635D which is the previous generation to this one! That's just sailed off with it's new owner, and has been replaced with a thoroughly predictable 640D.I always really loved these when they came out, but they were never in budget! Lovely big motor. One of these is high on my next car list. Not overly fussed on 2 doors or 4. Did you view many before purchasing this one? Don't see many for sale close to me north of the border. I'm hesitant to put too much time into touring down south looking for the right one. How is the HK sound system?

에어컨 가스 충전

수리점에서 AC 컴프레서가 고장났다고 하며 $700-800의 수리비를 청구함. 건강상 이유로 AC를 거의 사용하지 않음. 고장난 AC 컴프레서를 수리하지 않으면 다른 부품이 손상될 수 있는지 우려됨. 수리점이 고객을 속이거나 불필요한 수리를 하지 않을까 의심됨.

2002 현대 XG350에서 배터리에서 나가는 모든 전선이 섀시에 연결되기 전에 보이지 않는 곳으로 간다. 음극에서 나오는 전선은 하나이고, 양극에서는 여러 개의 케이블이 나온다. 휴대용 점프 스타터를 사용하려고 하는데 어느 쪽이 접지되어 있는지 알아야 한다. 또한 섀시의 어디에 점프 스타터를 연결해야 하는지 알 필요가 있다. 페인트칠된 부분만 보인다.

2003 닛산 프리메라 2L에서 에어컨 켤 때 벨트 소음 발생. 전형적인 고음의 삑삑거림이 아니지만 후드를 열면 뚜렷하게 들림. 에어컨 풀리에 물을 분사하면 소음이 크게 변하지만 완전히 없어지지 않음.

배터리 교환

2002 쉐보레 실버라도 1500. 친구가 연료펌프를 교체하면서 연료 라인을 손상시켜 함께 교체함. 4일 후 체크 엔진 경고등 점등, 연료탱크 압력 센서 결함 표시. 전문가가 센서 교체했으나 4일 후 동일 결함 재발생. 약 2개월간 주행하며 가끔 휘발유 냄새 감지. 어제 출근지에서 출발 후 주유소 정차했다가 시동 시도 중단됨.

크라이슬러 밴이 14,561마일에서 오일 교환 시 딜러가 규정량 6쿼트 대신 12쿼트를 주입함. 배기가스에서 오일 연기 발생 및 엔진이 20마일 동안 매우 거칠게 작동. 딜러가 6쿼트를 빼내고 문제없다고 함. 향후 밸브 씰이나 메인 씰 손상에 대한 우려.

2005 닛산 센트라(1.8L 4기통, 전륜구동) 깊은 웅덩이에 빠졌고, 프론트 우측이 휠웰 높이까지 물에 잠김. 리버스와 드라이브를 반복해서 탈출함. 마지막 리버스 시도에서 엔진에 힘을 주었을 때 프론트 휠이 슬립하면서 문제 발생.

2007 VW Rabbit의 시동 불량 증상. 수천 km 전에 시동이 안 걸려서 플러그, 점화 코일, 연료 분사기, 에어 필터, 연료 필터를 교환했으나, 현재 대부분의 경우 시동을 걸기 위해 5초 이상 크랭킹해야 함. 배터리는 새 것이고 스타터는 정상 작동. 시동 후에는 엔진이 잘 돌아가고, 곧바로 재시동하면 시동이 빠르게 걸림. 정비사도 진단하지 못함 (차가 정차한 상태에서는 정상 시동).

2005 Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI 커먼레일 터보 디젤에서 엔진룸 아래쪽, 연료필터 주변에서 흰색 연기가 대량 발생. 연료필터 본체가 매우 뜨거움. 엔진 화재 위험으로 차량 사용 중단.

엔진오일 교환

2002 닛산 센트라(주행거리 80,000km)에서 외부 온도가약 32°C 이상이고 10마일 이상 주행할 때 엔진이 심하게 미스파이어 발생(연료 부족 같은 현상). 이 중에 타코미터가 불규칙하게 움직임. 미스파이어가 점점 빈번해지다가 결국 엔진 정지. 약 30분 후 엔진이 다시 냉각되면 정상 작동. 겨울에는 같은 거리 주행 시 문제 없음. 지난 여름 점검등이 켜져 딜러 방문했을 때 4개 점화 코일(ignition coil) 교체 필요 진단 받음.

새 디젤 엔진 차량에 연료가 거의 없을 때(25마일 남음) 주유 후 약 100마일 주행 중 연료 오염으로 인한 것 같은 표준적인 진동 발생. 디젤을 주입했을 가능성이 99.99%이지만, 휘발유를 실수로 주입했을 가능성에 대한 우려.

2004 크라이슬러 콩코드 LXi 3.5 - 몇 달 전 주행 중 차를 끄고 가게 들어갔다 나왔을 때 시동 시 급속한 클릭음만 반복되고 시동 안 걸림. 20분 정도 기다리면 정상 시동됨. 이번 주에 휘발유 주입 후 동일한 증상 발생했는데 이번에는 시동이 걸리지 않음. 며칠 후 겨우 시동되어 20분간 워밍업하면서 RPM이 1-2칸 올라갔다 떨어지기를 반복함. 주행 시작 10분 후 주행 중 시동 꺼짐.

1998 머스탕 V6. 겨울에 눈 위 경사진 드라이브웨이에서 탈출 시도 중 엔진을 과하게 레빙했고, 엔진이 스터터링한 후 시동이 꺼짐. 그 이후로 시동이 걸리지 않음. 크랜킹은 정상이지만 시동이 안 걸림. 온라인에서 찾은 정보에 따르면 과한 부하로 인해 '긴급' 연료 라인 스위치가 작동했을 가능성이 있으나 찾을 수 없음.
