Here's mine. Second one I've had, done over 100k miles between the two. A few Roadsters on BMW approved right now.
Mr Squarekins said: Both have been great cars. My coupe was a gen1, Roadster gen2. The Roadster roof is no real compromise as there is a very large space under the roof cover, basically a second boot. Worth taking a look. Two of us can tour with it. Coupe is like a billet of one piece. Roadster is still too, but more noise around windows as they are frameless. Gen1 steering was a touch lighter, which I think suited the car more than the later car, which has a bit more 'feel'.Real world, drive as you like mpg is an easy 50mpg. Doors need to be considered when parking. A end space is always a good bet.Love the rarity of the Roadster, 400 in UK. Flying buttresses etc. Great with roof up on a wet day, but rear window down. Both are quicker than my 3 litre twin turbo z4 35is. Too expensive new (like alot of new stuff), but a bargain now. These were BMW's halo car, so very well put together. Edited by Mr Squarekins on Saturday 28th February 08:19 Great info thanks. Did you find any significant benefit from the bigger battery in the Gen 2 car? Or any other changes from the Gen 1. I noticed you mentioned steering feel. I’m just trying to gauge how much value to put on buying a Gen 2 vs Gen 1. I would probably be looking at 2018/19 Coupes, but would consider older cars if the Gen 2 is not a significant improvement. I’m not fussed about EV range as this would be a second car run mostly in full power mode and battery topped up overnight.

Some other manufacturers like Volvo and Mercedes were well known for them tooHowever, this evening I randomly found the following image of a Talbot Solaro, and it got me thinking about what other cars are there where headlight wipers were availableA few others that spring to mind:Any other obscure ones?

Priced at £5000 less with some stonking finance deals, it should have done better.....but was it just too expensive to build? The big gap between the outgoing cars and the new one is a good idea and possibly intentional to create the biggest possible impact. I think this is going to do very well indeed. I'm looking forward to it, and seeing my first one on the road. If they couldn't build cars well enough to compete with Audi, BMW, and Mercedes or lo

I've got my Phaeton with the 6HP to do soon, a bit more involved as a job, but it's already had a box and a torque converter in the last 50k, so it hasn't been left forever without maintenance - I've heard the 6HP19s seem to like to give trouble! It's my first torque converter auto (in 70 cars of manuals, and 1 DSG!)If I'd kept my old E320cdi I'd have certainly ended up getting the gearbox serviced. I bought it with 104k on

This looks fantastic. I think it's got to a point you'd have to be daft to buy the G90 M5 over this or a top end Taycan. Either pure combustion or pure electric, the PHEVs are just a pointless, overcomplicated middle option

Still as subtle as a brick in your face. Not for me.

Other than a slightly bulky rear end, I think that looks fantastic. 9/10. And it's a saloon, not another bloody SUV - hurrah!
