I'm not (quite) 70 yet but remember him being described as the best driver to never win an F1 title, and it was great to se him drive that SLR at the FOS with Jenks in the navigator seat many years ago. But being a proud Scot my Dad always rated Jim Clarke as the best!

The first great British F1 driver, a byword for speed ("Who do you think you are, Stirling Moss?"), all-time fastest Mille Miglia winner, and someone who insisted the stewards reinstate his championship rival in the race results.Incidentally Jenks' write-up of winning the 1955 Mille Miglia as Moss' co-pilot is available here https://www.motorsportmagazine.com/archive/article...Sure, the majority of modern F1 fans won't know the name, but that's the same for any of the legends of the past.Dick Seaman would like a word.Whilst I bow to nobody in my worship of Moss, I would point out that he wasn’t even Mercedes first great British Grand Prix driver…(I really can’t be bothered about a GP/F1 argument, they are the same to me)

This looks fantastic. I think it's got to a point you'd have to be daft to buy the G90 M5 over this or a top end Taycan. Either pure combustion or pure electric, the PHEVs are just a pointless, overcomplicated middle option

Still as subtle as a brick in your face. Not for me.

Other than a slightly bulky rear end, I think that looks fantastic. 9/10. And it's a saloon, not another bloody SUV - hurrah!
