파킹 브레이크 레버가 저항감 없이 움직이며 아무것도 연결되지 않은 상태. 정비소에서 케이블이 끊어진 것으로 진단했고, 앞 로터/패드, 뒤 로터/패드/캘리퍼 교체 필요하다고 함. 추가로 오일 교환, 냉각수 플러시, 미션 플러시 견적을 받음.

Paperwork, bills, receipts, some more paperwork, spec sheets, sales literature... depending on what you consider 'history' pertaining to your car it's easy to watch a mountain of paper stack up. I certainly have, but I know some of you have sprawling mountains of paperwork relating to your fleet. How do you store it? I know of online services like Patina but I'm thinking more about the actual paperwork than a digital paper trail.Up until now I've been using two ring binders - one for each car - to file their histories away, but I am curious if there's a better way. What do you do?

휠 베어링 교체 후 차를 수리점에서 받아온 직후 브레이크 캘리퍼가 해제되지 않는 증상 발생. 해당 휠에서 고열과 브레이크 냄새 발생. 유압으로 피스톤은 잘 나와가지만 다시 밀어넣기가 매우 어려움. 과열로 인한 노후 또는 손상으로 추정.

1999 Civic VTi 데카트 장착, 배기가스에서 악취 및 화학적 냄새 발생. 계란 썩은 냄새(황화수소)는 없음. 공기필터는 깨끗함. 민감한 개인이므로 냄새가 더 심하게 느껴짐.

2016 Toyota Venza에서 에어컨 시즌에 환풍구에서 이상한 떨리는 소음이 발생. 딜러 점검 결과 캐빈 에어필터가 완전히 손상되어 있었음. 쥐나 다람쥐가 필터를 손상시킨 것으로 판단됨.

It was a great car and great engine in it, small for a Volvo estate, so no room for family + dogs + luggage - one of those 3 things had to stay at home.But all you'd expect from Volvo in terms of quality build, a nice design (for the time), and really quite a lot of power (for the time) in what was a physically small estate. Would I pay £12k for it now? Not a chance

This place in Norway is on a busy road, there’s an Esso round the corner and two massive petrol / charging stations with restaurants attached 10 minutes away on the other side of the valley …. So no business case whatsoever. It’d be hard to pull in / out of from the other side of the road too.

An oil drain valve is a device that replaces your regular drain bolt and makes an oil change a much cleaner job. Love the idea, but they were difficult enough to look after in period, never mind 40 years later.Limited annual mileage would help I suppose.

에어컨 가스 충전

에어컨에서 심한 악취가 난다.

1995 Mercury Mystique A/C가 새 컴프레서 및 어큐뮬레이터 설치, 냉매 충전 후 며칠간 잘 작동했으나 현재 냉기가 간헐적으로 나오는 증상. 컴프레서가 정상 작동하지 않을 가능성 의심.

AC 컴프레서를 1년 전에 더미 풀리로 교체했음. 원래 컴프레서에서 이상한 소음이 발생했었음 (곧 고장날 것 같은 상태). 새 컴프레서 설치 및 냉매 충전 예정. 새 컴프레서가 조기 고장 나지 않도록 사전 점검 필요. 기존 컴프레서 고장 후 필터 교체 및 시스템 플러싱의 필요성을 알고 있음.

겨울철에 히터와 함께 에어컨(A/C)을 켜면 김서림이 더 빨리 제거되는데, 이렇게 하면 자동차가 손상될 수 있는지 궁금함
