증상
21년식 MINI R53 차량 점검 결과: 뒤쪽 서브프레임 심한 부식, 배기 시스템 행거 손상(한쪽은 철사로 임시 고정), 약간의 오일 누유(R53에서 흔함), 뒤쪽 바닥 패널 심각한 부식 - 연료탱크 위쪽 드라이버 사이드 녹 구멍, 승객 사이드 풋웰 킥 패널이 스위스 치즈처럼 손상됨. 뒤쪽 바닥 패널 교체 부품 수급 불가능(BMW 정품 부품 현재 공급 없음, 독일로부터 입고 예정 없음).
처리 내용
표면 녹 제거 후 실제 손상 정도 파악 결정. 드릴에 와이어 브러시와 그라인더의 플랩 디스크를 병행하여 표면 녹 제거 시작. 시트벨트 앵커 포인트 근처는 녹 없음 확인. 연료탱크 위쪽 구멍과 승객 사이드 킥 패널 제외한 나머지 부분은 견고함 확인. 뒤쪽 바닥 패널 수리 작업 계속 진행 예정(대형 금속 절단 및 교체 작업 필요).
