미네소타 지역에 사는 사람이 6월에 구입한 신차에 서머 타이어가 장착되어 있습니다. 12월이 되어 윈터 타이어로 교체하고 싶은데, 매년 타이어를 교체할 때마다 휠에 손상이 생길 수 있을까 우려하고 있습니다. 타이어 장착에 대한 경험이 없습니다.

Hi all, I’m fairly new to wrenching and I’m looking for feedback on whether my outdoor setup seems safe. I have a gravel driveway area in my backyard where I want to jack my car up and go underneath safely (i.e. pull a transmission, diff, etc). The the more modern left package has a more minimalist design on the back with fewer words and less technical information, just like many modern websites. I bought some Michelin crossclimate2 tires today, went to the auto parts store for new wiper blades and the guy was in awe of the tires. He said they are great for the rims on my 2017 rav4, and they bubble on the bottom for more traction and a smoother ride. What warranty did you get. I said I do not know, but I am putting maybe 4k miles a year. I am not really worried about mileage as dry rot has been killing tires before mileage. He said I should have gone to Costco, better warranty, the shop I bought them from will rotate them every 5k miles for free, no road hazard.

Are there any spaces to rent or share for those of us mechanically inclined, but lacking sufficient space to store their tools, and work on their vehicles?

I’m interested in buying either a Subaru Outback or an Audi A4 Avant (quattro 2.0 T) in the 2005-2009 range. Most of the cars I’ve seen available have between 70-100K miles and, between the two brands, the prices are pretty similar. Is a used Audi of that vintage (2005-2009) going to be significantly less reliable than a used Subaru? I know Audis are more expensive to fix when they do have problems. Other times they are shot but nice to learn how they work and what went wrong. So my 2002 Daewoo Lanos reached the end of its life (engine failed) about a month and a half ago. Once I diagnosed the problem and made the decision that the car is going to be junked, rather than repaired, I started looking for another used car with the features that I want. 2004 혼다 CR-V, 약 140,000마일. 고속도로 속도(시속 60mph 이상)에서만 나타나는 심각한 진동 증상. 증상이 갑자기 발생했으며 일주일 전부터 간헐적으로 나타남. 최근에 타이로드 엔드, 볼 조인트, 쇼크를 교체했으므로 해당 부품은 제외. 진동의 강도가 약할 때부터 매우 심할 때까지 변함.
