마쓰다 로드스터(NC) - 클러치 마스터 실패. 에어컨, BOSE, 차고조 등 여러 부품 교체 후 클러치 플루이드 교체했으나, 클러치 페달 유격이 매우 커짐. 푸시로드가 움직인 것으로 의심되어 조정 시도. 페달 밟으면서 푸시로드가 분리되면서 클러치 마스터에 손상 발생 및 플루이드 누수. 푸시로드를 최대 조정 범위까지 조정한 결과 나사산 길이 부족으로 페달에서 분리됨. 페달 가타 발생.

Bought this in June as I was keen to try a more “classic” feeling car (more on this below). Well not exactly but way back in the 1970s I drove a friend’s 1600GT and thought “what a great car, I could fancy one of these” however I was always into convertibles and there I stayed. Until yesterday.A train from Oban to Sheffield on Wednesday and a drive home yesterday, over 350 miles in a 2.8 injection that has hardly turned a wheel since 2019. Pushing my luck, nope all went well (ish). So this is a new addition to the garage. It is the Roadsport model with the 1.8 K-series engine with 140bhp and the optional LSD. It has only done 4500 miles since 2002, so it needs a little bit of recommissioning and the tyres are from 2001 for example. So once I've sorted a few bits and bobs on it, I will be able to start enjoying it. I'm excited about it because I've never had a performance car that has been lighter than 1100kg, so it is definitely something a fair bit different to what I'm used to. Here is a pic of me collecting it, and a couple of it in the garage too. I will update when

I think, in general, gaining access to an EV tariff combined with shifting domestic loads to off-peak periods will lower, not raise, the cost of the electricity to run the house. Our weighted average price is 22.2p / kWh with a 47p standing charge - obviously if most of our consumption is in the daytime we'll end up paying more, and if we shift it to off-peak by setting timers on the dishwasher and laundry, we'll pay less.Looking at the last bill, our actual average rate was 18.12p/kWh.Edited by otolith on Monday 7th September 18:51
