혼다 어코드

배터리 교환

07 혼다 핏이 시동 불량. 대부분 정상적으로 시동되지만 약 20번에 1번 정도 크랭킹이 매우 느려짐 (배터리가 거의 방전된 것처럼 보임). 점화 스위치를 끄고 몇 초 후 다시 시도하면 보통 정상 시동됨. 또는 크랭킹을 계속하면 갑자기 속도가 빨라지면서 시동됨. 배터리 방전 문제는 아닌 것으로 판단됨. 에어컨, 열선 등 특정 액세서리 사용, 엔진 온도, 날씨 등과의 연관성 없음.

대부분의 실린더 헤드가 하나의 큰 블록으로 되어 있는데, 일부 자동차 제조사는 실린더마다 개별 실린더 헤드를 사용하지 않는 이유가 무엇인가? 이러한 방식의 가장 큰 단점은 무엇인가? (모든 ICE 엔진에 적용 가능)

2001 Mitsubishi Lancer CE의 로우빔 헤드라이트 양쪽 모두 작동하지 않음. 하이빔과 주차등은 정상 작동. 퓨즈, 릴레이, 전구 모두 확인했으나 이상 없음. 로우빔 켰을 때 릴레이 클릭음 들림. 3개 단자에서 로우빔 켰을 때 모든 단자에 +12V 측정, 하이빔 켰을 때 한 단자가 0V로 내려감. H4 전구(2개 필라멘트) 사용. 하이빔 토글이 더 이상 정상 작동하지 않으며 누르고 있을 때만 켜짐. 하이빔을 반복적으로 켐/끔하면 로우빔이 다시 작동했다가 하이빔을 다시 켜면 로우빔이 다시 작동하지 않는 증상 반복.

배터리 교환

2013 혼다 시빅 배터리 교체 시 배터리 고정 브래킷의 너트 위에 있는 작은 캡을 제거하려고 함. 강하게 당겨도 안 되고, 플라이어로 조여서 당겨도 제거되지 않음.

헤드라이트 렌즈가 흐려 보임. 실제로는 유리 렌즈이고 이전 소유자가 붙인 보호 필름이 원인. AE9x 코롤라용 사이드 라이트 구하기 어려움.

2016 볼보 XC70 2.5L 5기통 터보. 엔진에서 심한 진공이 발생함. 오일캡을 제거하면 스로틀 바디 부근에서 느껴지는 것과 같은 진공이 감지됨. 오일 분리기에서 밸브 커버로 연결되는 호스를 제거하면 PCV 밸브 호스와 유사한 진공 현상 발생

실린더 헤드의 종류와 개수가 엔진 타입에 따라 어떻게 다른지 궁금함. 인라인 엔진은 1개, V형 엔진은 2개, 방사형 엔진은 실린더당 1개씩 있는 것으로 알고 있음. 대부분의 엔진이 실린더 헤드를 가지고 있는지 확인 필요.

릴레이 코일에 전원이 들어오지 않는 문제로 격리됨. PCM 단자 배선도를 찾기 어려움. PCM이 코일 전원을 끊고 있다고 추정. 점화 스위치를 껐을 때 그라운드가 끊어지지 않음. 현재 임시로 직배선하여 점화 스위치 제외. Haynes 매뉴얼에 02 기아 스펙트라 1.8용 배선도 없음. 릴레이 테스트 완료(정상 작동). 릴레이 로드측 단자를 점퍼하면 펌프 작동 확인.

라디에이터에 오일이 들어가 있고, 헤드 개스킷을 확인했으며 새것으로 교체했는데도 계속해서 라디에이터에 오일이 존재합니다.

2001 뷰익 센추리. 엔진이 뜨거워진 후 유휴 속도가 간헐적으로 올라감. 엑셀을 밟지 않았는데도 자동차가 앞으로 나아가려고 하고, 주차/중립 상태에서 엔진음이 커짐. 주행 중에 발생하거나 엔진을 꺼뒀다가 재시동할 때만 나타나기도 함. 주행 중에 저절로 정상으로 돌아올 수도 있고, 때로는 엔진을 꺼서 완전히 식혀야 정상화됨. 냉시동 시에는 증상 없음. 체크 엔진 라이트 없음.
