증상
2004 홀덴 발리나 VY V6 모델. 시동은 부드럽고 조용하지만 도로에서 약 5~7분 후 저RPM 상태에서 예고 없이 꺼짐. 신호등에서 가속할 때도 중간에 꺼짐. 이른 아침이나 밤 추운 날씨에만 발생하며, 한 번 발생한 후 그 날씨에서는 다시 발생하지 않음. 정비사는 전기 문제일 가능성을 제시함.
처리 내용
엔진 냉각수 온도 센서(ECT 센서) 불량으로 추정됨. 정상적으로는 엔진 제어 유닛(ECU)이 냉각수 온도 센서로부터 신호를 받아 엔진 워밍업 상태를 파악하고, 워밍 완료 후 연료 혼합비를 농도를 낮춤. 센서 불량 시 ECU가 실제보다 엔진이 이미 워밍업되었다고 인식하여 냉시동 상태에서 연료 공급 부족으로 인한 실속 발생. 가속 요구 시(신호등 출발 등) 증상이 더 두드러짐. 온도 센서는 가격이 저렴(약 AUS$5)하고 교체가 비교적 간단함. 해당 모델의 경우 흡기 매니폴드 전면 상단 엔진 위치에 장착되어 있음.

Would it just be beauty?That's about the only thing they could possibly conjure as a point of difference but I doubt they can comply with a myriad of technical parameters for a global car AND make something gorgeous looking. The only way of making something quite different would be to not package the battery as a skateboard
