브레이크 패드 교환

2001 Toyota Tundra: 새 캘리퍼 교체 후 약 7마일 주행 시 제동력 약화 시작, 거의 도착할 때쯤 심하게 끌리고 연기 발생. 3주 후 다시 사용했을 때도 동일 증상 반복. 브레이크 청소 후에도 증상 지속.

2010 아큐라 TL SH-4WD의 타이어 공기압 정상 범위 확인. 최근 딜러에서 윈터 타이어 교체. 뒷 오른쪽 타이어 압력이 뒷 왼쪽과 앞 타이어들보다 지속적으로 높음. 주행 조건: 섭씨 5도(체감 0도), 시내도로, 트렁크에 올시즌 타이어를 실었으며 무게 중심이 오른쪽으로 편향됨.

'07 폰티악 G6의 캠축 위치 액추에이터 불량으로 인한 경화 변속 증상. 변속기 문제로 오인할 수 있는 현상.

새로운 타이어 4개를 구입했는데 뒤쪽 타이어의 사이드월에 '바깥쪽' 마크가 있고 앞쪽 타이어에는 '안쪽' 마크가 있습니다. 이게 맞나요?

2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor가 전진과 후진에서 30초~2분 정도만 작동한 후 큰 윙윙거리는 소음이 발생하고 중립 상태처럼 작동하지 않음. 변속기 오일 펌프 문제로 의심됨.

2012 Elantra가 신호등에서 정차 중 브레이크 페달을 밟고 있을 때 차량이 진동함. 심한 흔들림은 아니지만 발과 시트에서 진동이 느껴짐.

스트럿 상단부(터렛 장착부)가 터렛에서 돌출되어 있음. 차를 들어올리면 터렛에 다시 닿음. 양쪽 프론트 마운트 모두에서 동일한 현상 발생.

타이어 벽면에 부풀어 오른 돌출부가 보임. 탈장처럼 타이어 표면에서 튀어나온 모양의 불완전함이나 약한 부분이 있음.

휠 토우인/토우아웃 설정이 주행에 영향을 주는 이유를 이해하지 못함. 토우인 설정이 있으면 직진 주행 시 양쪽 휠이 사선 방향으로 움직이는 것처럼 느껴져서 의도한 직진 주행과 맞지 않는 것 같음.

브레이크 패드 교환

우측 후륜 교체 후 운전석에 탈 때 우측 후면이 갑자기 내려앉는 느낌 (Mazda 3 Hatch)

올해 초 브레이크에서 쇳소리가 나기 시작했습니다 (특히 아침이나 추운 날씨에). 마모된 패드의 특유한 고음이 아니라 매끈해진 패드와 로터의 '갈리는' 소리였습니다. 검사 결과 로터가 상당히 반짝이고 지나치게 매끄러웠으며, 패드는 아직 여유가 있었지만 글레이징이 심했습니다.

1998 닛산 센트라 자동변속기가 역주행 중 내리막길에서 중립으로 변속됨. 2주 전부터 시작됨. 처음 몇 번은 엔진이 꺼짐. 엔진 재시동 후 시프트 레버를 앞뒤로 움직여서 드라이브 단으로 재진입함.

변속기 오일 교환

2007년식 토요타 비츠(자동변속기)에서 약 1주일 동안 문제 발생. 액셀을 밟을 때 엔진 회전수는 올라가지만 차가 잘 가속하지 않음. 액셀을 놓았다가 다시 밟으면 정상 가속함. 언덕을 올라갈 때 문제가 더 심함. 추가로, 완전히 정지된 상태에서 가속할 때 2-3회 급격한 진동이 발생. 약 2년 전(20,000km) 변속기 오일 교체함.

트럭 뒷부분의 7핀 트레일러 배선 커넥터가 18-24개월마다 제대로 작동하지 않음. 브레이크 또는 방향 신호가 작동하지 않음. 외부는 괜찮아 보이지만 중앙 섹션(모든 금속 접점)을 빼내면 심각한 부식이 발견됨.

타이어 옆면(사이드월)이 1년 반 전에 시속 20km 정도에서 손상됨. 손상 부위는 림 근처에 있으며, 깊이는 깊지 않지만 길이가 김. 손상 후 4,000km 주행 동안 공기 누수 없음. 총 타이어 주행거리 7,000km, 타이어 나이 3년. 딜러는 외관상 손상으로 판단함.
