Slowing down to about 15 before booting it up to the dizzying heights of about 40 when he reached the traffic in front, before slowing down to 15 again and repeating the whole performance over and over again. But judging by his phone being held at various angles at least he got lots of clips to post to Snapchat to impress his mates.Also knob points, grown adults who use Snapchat.
