타이어 교환

2013 혼다 파일럿(5단 자동변속기, 주행거리 약 10만 마일)에서 이상 가속 현상 발생. 발생 조건: 약 4시간 연속 주행, 산악지역 오르막/내리막 주행, 2~4인치 눈길 주행, 프론트 타이어에 체인 장착, 외부 기온 약 25~30°F, 엔진 온도는 정상 범위(게이지 중앙 약간 아래). 크루즈 컨트롤 사용 중 발생.

2009 Toyota Venza 후부 차축 근처, 활성탄 캐니스터, 리어 디퍼렌셜(AWD), 트렁크/스페어타이어 영역에서 가솔린 냄새 감지. 냄새가 약하지만 명백함. 차량 내부, 휠 웰, 연료 도어 주변에서는 냄새 없음.

타이어 압력을 정확하게 확인하는 방법을 찾고 있음. 육안 검사나 손가락으로 누르는 방법이 충분한지 궁금함.

타이어 교환

2009 혼다 시빅(LX) - 프론트 타이어 교체(205/55 사이즈) 및 4륜 정렬 후 발생한 문제: 저속(0.1~15-20mph)에서 '끼익거리는'/갈리는 소음 발생. 8시간 이상 주차 후 처음 운전 시작할 때는 소음 없음. 주행 시간이 늘어날수록 소음 빈도 증가. 항상 발생하지는 않음.

1990 GM 305 보트 엔진에서 시동 시 스타터 그라인딩(갈리는) 소음 발생. 엔진이 역회전하는 현상 관찰. 점화 코일에서 이상한 윙윙거리는 소음 발생. 시동이 일관되게 걸리지 않음.

타이어를 확인하던 중 거의 떨어질 것 같은 유연한 플라스틱 조각을 발견했습니다. 타이어를 여러 번 교체했는데, 이 타이어는 이전에 패치된 것 같습니다. 이것이 타이어 패치의 다른 쪽 끝인가요? 아니면 제조 결함인가요?

02 Corolla (230k miles) 언덕 주행 시 특히 저출력 증상. 진공 테스트와 연료 압력 테스트 수행함. 진공 수치는 정상(전동 팬 켜질 때 2-3 mHg 저하하지만 규격 내). 연료 압력이 매우 빠르게 변동(게이지 바늘 떨림).

자동차를 구매했는데 스페어 타이어가 없고, 곧 모든 타이어를 교체해야 함. 런플랫 타이어는 너무 비쌈. 펑크 시 Fix-a-Flat으로 타이어샵까지 갈 수 있는지, 스페어 타이어를 대체할 수 있는지, 런플랫 타이어를 구매하지 않고 지낼 수 있는지 궁금함.

2021 Toyota Tacoma 35,000km에서 프론트 로터에 녹으로 인한 홈(groove)이 생겼다고 진단됨. 1년 사용 후 로터 교체가 필요하다는 것이 비정상적으로 느껴짐.

변속기 오일 교환

2004 닛산 익스트레라 자동변속기. 오토미터 트랜스 온도계(Autometer Trans Temp)를 유체 압력 테스트 포트에 설치하려다가 발견한 문제: OE 테스트 포트 플러그 볼트가 M10 x 0.9 피치인데, 일반적인 M10 극세피(M10x1.0)와 맞지 않음. 트랜스 온도 센싱 유닛은 1/8인치 NPT 규격. M10x1.0 어댑터를 구했지만 작동하지 않았고, 새로운 M10x1.0 볼트를 나사로 조이려고 해도 들어가지 않음. 플러그가 0.9 피치인 것이 확실함.

오랫동안 사용하지 않은 차량 (12월 이후). 어제 고속도로에서 강하게 운전 (6000RPM, 120kph, 3단 유지)했고 1시간 주행했으나 연비 게이지가 거의 움직이지 않음. 1.6L 엔진, 1000kg 미만의 차량이므로 연비가 매우 좋음. 주행 중 노킹, 미스파이어 없음. 이상한 증상 없음. 오래된 휘발유 사용의 위험성 우려.

브레이크 디스크 교환

2012년식 VW 사이로코. 겨울 타이어 장착 후 700km 주행 중 발생. 브레이크 페달 답압 시 '덕덕거리는/쿵쿵거리는' 소음 발생. 브레이크 페달에서 펄세이션(맥동) 느껴짐. 차량 속도가 높을수록 펄세이션 빈도 증가 - 바퀴 회전과 동기화됨. 문제가 시간이 지남에 따라 악화됨.

After over 30 yrs of wanting a TVR I've finally got one. My prefered car is the Sagaris but unfortunately ill never afford one of those. So i went for a Chimaera. Mainly for the Rover V8. I think they're less problematic and cheaper to run than the speed 6. This car had a new clutch, engine overhaul and the all important body off chassis restoration. It has the blue mica chameleon paint which has about 4 different colours in the sun. Went along way to see it.It looked a bit untidy compared to the pics so a little disapointed. But i gave it a good look over. Checked chassis etc. Engine started

모터를 크랭크 볼트로 손으로 돌렸을 때는 자유롭게 회전했으나, 트랜스미션을 완전히 장착한 후에는 모터가 회전하지 않음. 트랜스미션 볼트를 모두 풀고 모터를 돌리면 회전하지만, 트랜스미션이 엔진에서 약 1/4인치 떨어져 있을 때만 회전함. 플렉스플레이트를 역방향으로 설치했을 가능성이 있음.

아우디 A3 1.4 TFSI, 주행거리 45,000마일. 갑자기 변속기 고장 경고 메시지 발생, 계속 주행 가능 상태. P084100 코드 발생. 차량이 주행하지 않음.

크라이슬러 타운&컨트리와 닷지 그랜드 캐러밴에서 브레이크 패드의 지속적인 과다 마모 문제가 보고되고 있습니다. 후속 모델 연도에서 이 문제가 개선된 설계 변경이 있었다는 정보가 있으나 확실한 증거를 찾을 수 없습니다.

MOT centres pay £10,000s for the equipment and licence so it makes little sense to jeapordise this. Only if they have new equipment. There are plenty of old MOT centres about with old legacy testing equipment that isn't online so the DVSA know nothing about their emissions/brake testing. Providing that it's in continual use, hasn't had a gap of more than 3 months (change of ownership for example) then they can keep using the old kit.
