정비 사례

2003 인피니티 G35가 시동 직후 대부분의 경우 꺼짐. RPM이 매우 낮게 떨어지는 것으로 보임. 시동 후 1초 이내에 악셀을 밟으면 초기 드롭을 극복하고 유지되며 200-1000 RPM 아이들을 유지하고 꺼지지 않음. 점화 퓨즈와 릴레이 교체, 오일 쿨러 씰 교체 후 발생.

오일 교환 후 36일, 2500마일 주행 후 오일 드레인 플러그가 빠져나가 엔진에 심각한 손상 발생. 플러그가 빠지기 전까지 오일 누유 징후나 주차장/직장 주차 공간에서 오일 흔적 없음. 오일 교환점(퀵 루브 숍)과 그들의 보험사가 책임 부인.

에어 필터, 스파크 플러그, 오일 교환 후에도 시동이 2~4회 시도해야 걸림. 체크 엔진 라이트 점등 상태 지속. 80mph 이상 가속 불가. 80mph에서 엔진이 실속하는 듯한 소음 발생.

2007 마즈다6의 배터리 음극(검은색) 터미널 클램프가 느슨해져서 시동모터가 전기계통을 완전히 방전시킨 후에야 작동함. 클램프 너트를 최대한 조여도 클램프가 쉽게 돌아감. 최근 영하의 날씨로 인한 금속 수축이 원인일 수 있음. 터미널에 부식은 보이지 않음.

2001년식 혼다 CR-V의 에어컨이 앞자리에서는 찬바람이 나오지만, 한여름에 뒷자리에서는 시원하지 않음. A/C 클러치가 작동하지 않으면 약간의 찬바람이라도 나올까? 클러치 작동음(클릭음)이 들리지 않으며, 육안으로도 확인할 수 없음. 냉매 충전량도 다시 확인 필요.

엔진 배기량이 1사이클당 연소되는 연료량과 어떻게 관련되는지 혼동함. 예를 들어 Ford Ka의 1.3L 배기량 엔진이 1사이클마다 1.3L의 연료를 소비한다고 잘못 생각함.

오펠/복스홀 인시그니아 운행 중 오일 점검 시 오일 레벨이 최대 용량을 초과한 상태로 발견됨. 오일 교환 사이에 오일 레벨이 상승하는 것으로 의심되며, 여러 정비소에서 정확한 양의 오일을 넣었을 것으로 판단되어 디젤이 피스톤 링을 통해 유입되는 것으로 추정됨.

FAW V2의 대시보드에 연료 부족 경고등과 안전벨트 경고등이 있지만 점등되지 않음. 조사 결과 이 두 시스템을 제어하는 회로가 없는 것으로 판명. 두 가지 시스템을 직접 구현하려고 함.
