I remember a quote from designer Tom Ford - "if you ask most women to name their favourite item of clothing, they pick the newest item they own; if you ask most men, they pick the oldest item they own". So if you're going to do up an old car (which is what Singer does) but want to sell to a female audience, at least make it fancy. Similarly, most men avoid wearing heavily logo'd clothing and accessories, which is the opposite of, say, ladies and handbags/belts/etc.So yes, these cars aren't going to appeal to most people on PH - because they are mostly men. But Singer have presumably realised that there are lots of rich women they' aren't selling cars to and want to try. Personally I think they'll fail, not because the cars are vulgar, but because underneath, they're still old. I can see some rich California lady driving the white one with the top down, but she's in her 70s. Again, in my limited circle all the women I know below 50 want an Urus [2].
