Caliper piston will not collapse on Almera 98
You asked It's completely stuck! What should I do? @paulster2 has very salient points I believe through experience there is a very high likelihood that the piston is cocked in the bore of the caliper. My suggestion is that you pop it out of the caliper and inspect the seal and the bore. Many times we do more damage than we undo. A cocked piston is not worth uncocking. Push on your brakes with a rag or some wood in the caliper to prevent it from shooting across the room. I've done that in the process of learning the hard way Once it's out, do the following. Inspect the seal. If it's scarred even slightly, replace it. In fact, replace the seal regardless. Inspect the bore, ensure it isn't scarred from your previous efforts. If it's scarred, remove and replace or goto a machine shop to take out any burs from the bore. Drain out all your brake fluid. Power seat - Whenever vehicle is started or shut off and the seat slides forward of back, the power seat makes an annoying, obnoxious noise… I thought something was stuck in the track but now I think it’s the motor going out. Guy at the local dealership said it just needed grease. He appears to be incorrect. Any thoughts? Thoughts?

A buddy and I were trying to replace his right front wheel hub, on his 2008 Chevy Impala LTZ. He described the engine size as 3900, I would think that means 3.9 liter, although I didn’t know there is a 3.9, I only know of the 3.8 liter and 3,1 Liter. One of the mounting bolts is so tight that the socket would not keep a grip on the bolt head, no matter how hard we tried to force the socket onto the bolt head. We had tapped on it as best we could with a hammer and metal rod, we heated the area with a torch, no luck. Of course, very little access to this bolt head, so impossible to use an impact
