Congratulations! The wheels are FPS ones I believe. If you get 6 inch cromodoras they could well rub the arch. For a 1.3 the 5.5 inch cromodora wheels fit without problem. If you buy originals bear in mind there is magnesium content so be cautious about getting them refinished. I'm truly 50/50 bumpers on or off! Also, be careful about the small black canister which you top up the oil with. They can get rust particles especially if the car hasn't been used, and they then find their way into the lovely engine......There are many other useful tips on the Lancia Club forum.Edited by Fessia fancier o

Update:Thanks to the PH massive who have spoken in favour of keeping the bumpers. I was coming round to that way of thinking myself, so I reckon the bumpers will stay.I keep looking out for a decent, 2-spoke wood rim steering wheel from a Series 2 to replace my black plastic thingy. There are occasionally a few around, mostly in Italy and mostly in less than ideal condition, but I'll keep watching. I've seen one or two cars with 3-spoke Nardi wheels but I think the 2-spoke is more in keeping with the car's character so I've swerved the 3-spokes so far. Also, although I know it's cool to have a smaller wheel, I'm keen to keep fairly close to the standard 380mm because the steering is heavy enough at low speeds due to the forward placement of the engine.I filled the car up tonight on the way home from work - pleased to report that (unlike my old GT6) it appears to be fuel-tight. I did notice on collection that the rubber seal / joint connecting the filler to the filler neck was perished, so I treated it to some duct tape and it seems to be providing a decent enough seal until I can sort it properly. There's certainly no fumes in the cabin, although - unlike the GT6 - the tank is in a separate space (the boot) rather than in the passenger bit of the car.Once I got home this evening I decided to have a quick underbonnet check of oil, water etc and try to establish what would be involved in getting the nearside dipped beam working. The oil level hasn't dropped at all after a week of commuting, which is encouraging. Less encouraging was evidence of a leaking top hose. The jubilee clip was not quite tight, so I sorted that and repositioned the hose a little: I'll keep an eye on it. Clearly it's not too bad as the coolant level hasn't dropped. I need to remove the grille to get at the headlights properly but I think it's running sealed beams - is that right? Finally, I ordered some stainless steel wiper blades from Omicron in Norwich, to replace the black items that sit inco
