ECU 제조사가 어느 곳인지 확인 필요. 기본 데이터(RPM, 온도 등)는 쉽게 기본값으로 처리되지만, 차량 모델/사양에 맞는 올바른 멀티플렉서/순환 메시지를 설정하지 못하면 ABS가 작동하지 않고 고장 상태에 머무름. PSM은 시작 단계도 어려움 - 토크 감소 요청 메시지는 확인되어 있지만 포맷/속도 및 ECU에서 역방향으로 보내는 메시지는 알려지지 않음.

After more than ten years of E36 tinkering, many engine iterations and lots of seat time from track days to racing, it was time so start something new. An accident in the E36 at Cadwell Park in April 2023 was the ultimate deciding factor for this. The car was repairable, but it's fate was already decided - break it for parts and retain what I needed, then sell the rest to fund the next project. It's final spec is listed in the video description if you are interested. The platform and interchangeability of the M5x engine parts will never go away, but fun was had and it was time to move on. |

2007 토요타 코롤라 왼쪽 앞 휠 연석 손상으로 인한 회전 진동음(주행 시 왼쪽 앞에서 발생) 및 스티어링 휠 떨림. 새 휠 장착 및 손상되지 않은 타이어 마운팅과 밸런싱 후에도 동일한 음성과 떨림 현상 지속. 휠 전후 교환해도 효과 없음. 왼쪽 앞 허브, 허브 베어링, 안쪽 및 바깥쪽 타이로드 엔드 교체해도 효과 없음. CV 액슬 교체해도 음성과 떨림 현상 지속. 주행거리 194,000마일. 스트럿 손상 또는 로워 컨트롤 암 손상 가능성 의심. 로워 컨트롤 암 점검 결과 손상 없어 보임.

최근 구매한 서스펜션 부품의 볼트가 10mm 육각 렌치로는 너무 작고, 11mm 렌치로는 너무 커서 맞지 않음. 10mm 렌치로 시도했을 때 볼트 내부가 손상됨. 볼트가 서스펜션에 통합되어 있어 교체 불가. 2008 Mazdaspeed3 차량.

차고 공간 제약으로 인해 브레이크 로터와 패드를 한 번에 모든 바퀴에 교체할 수 없음. 한쪽(우측) 앞뒤 바퀴를 먼저 교체한 후 차를 뒤로 빼서 반대쪽(좌측)을 작업하는 것이 안전한지 확인 필요.

Saab 900이 시동 후 즉시 스톨됨. 시동 시 약 1400rpm으로 올라갔다가 정상 800rpm 아이들링으로 안정화되지 않고 서서히 0까지 떨어짐. 재시동 시도 시 더 빨리 스톨. 하룻밤 방치 후 첫 시도에는 조금 더 오래 유지. 1개월 간 방치 후 오일 교환하고 차량 복귀. 15분 정도 주행 후 다음날 증상 발생. 스로틀바디는 정상.
