토요타 스프린터 트레노(AE85/86) | 엔진 꺼짐 증상 | 공정1: 정비소에서 출원 후 세동기가 회전하여 엔진이 걸렸음. 집까지 약 10km 귀로 주행 중 2회 엔진 꺼짐 발생. 정상 주행 중 갑자기 엔진 꺼짐. 도로변에 정차하고 세동기 회전하면 엔진 시동됨. 불안감으로 정비소 복귀하여 상담. | 공정2: 어딘가의 접촉 불량 가능성 높음. 공회전 상태에서 사장이 여러 하네스를 건드리고 조수석의 컴퓨터(ECU)도 흔들어 봤지만 증상 미발생. 특정 불가능하나 일단 EFI 메인 릴레이가 발열하여 손닿을 수 없을 정도임.

카와사키 닌자 ZX-25R 순정 마프러가 음향이 부족함. 애프터마켓 풀 익저스트 마프러 장착 검토 중 (슬립온 불가능 구조). 마프러 가격이 높음 (풀 익저스트 약 20만엔대).

MINI F55/F56 - 사이드 엔진후드 씰링 교체 필요. 세차 중 범퍼 상부의 씰링 부분이 녹아있는 것처럼 보임. 실제 원인은 엔진후드 내부에 충전된 방청제(방식유)가 열에 의해 녹아 타르상으로 변해 씰링에 부착되어 있던 상태. 타르상의 오염물질이 씰링에 붙어 녹은 것처럼 보이고 있음.

스바루 임프레자(GD/GG) 급유 캡 교체 - 다른 사용자의 급유 캡 교체 글을 보니 자신의 캡 색상 열화 상태가 눈에 띄어 교체 결정. GD계 애플라이드 A 모델만 품번이 다르며 줄 유무가 달라짐. 품번 "42031KE000" 약 2,000엔대. 급유구 커버 뒷면에 줄을 고정하는 클립 홀이 있어 어느 쪽을 선택해도 무관하나 익숙한 것으로 선택함.

폭스바겐 폴로(9N형) 배터리 교환 공정1: 최근에 충전을 시도했으나 결국 교환이 필요했음. 단자에 도전성 그리스를 얇게 도포함. 장착 시 역방향이 되는 점이 다소 불만족스러움.

알파로메오 줄리에타(3세대) 브레이크 로터 교환 작업 중 기존 로터를 제거하는데 어려움이 있었음. 로터가 고착되어 있어 강한 충격을 가해야 제거 가능. 작업 중 고온 환경(열중증 경고) 때문에 전/후 로터 교환을 하루에 완료하기에 매우 피로함. 주행거리: 119,800km

미쓰비시 갤런(E30계) | 엔진오일, 냉각수 점검 | 공정1: 엔진오일 량 - 약간 많은 상태. 색상과 냄새로 판단했을 때 엔진오일에 물이나 연료가 혼입된 것은 아님 | 공정2: 지난번 정비소에서 리저버 탱크 주변으로 지적을 받았으므로 확인했으나 이번에는 이상 없음 | 공정3: 라디에이터 내 냉각수 량 점검 - 이상 없음

M12V 배선 정리 작업 중 이중 OBD 포트 발견. 차량 하단부 고정부 교체 작업 진행 (여러 개 제거 필요). 도어 쇼크 교체 완료. 윙 스트레이크 교체 시도 시 ECU가 해당 공간 내부에 위치하여 접근 어려움 (차량 리프트 필요, 휠 제거, 아치 라이너 제거 필수). 에어 필터 2개 모두 K&N 필터 확인.

An accident in the E36 at Cadwell Park in April 2023 was the ultimate deciding factor for this. The car was repairable, but it's fate was already decided - break it for parts and retain what I needed, then sell the rest to fund the next project. It's final spec is listed in the video description if you are interested. The platform and interchangeability of the M5x engine parts will never go away, but fun was had and it was time to move on. |
