증상
랜저의 뒷쪽 좌측 타이어에서 브레이크액이 심하게 누출됨. 휠을 제거한 후 휠 실린더가 심하게 부식되어 거의 떨어져 나간 상태를 발견. 슈와 스프링도 유사한 상태. 모든 부품(슈, 스프링 키트, 앞 디스크 패드, 캘리퍼 볼트와 핀, 브레이크 라인 볼트, 블리더)을 교체하고 에어 빼기를 시작했으나 미완료.
처리 내용
뒷 브레이크 슈를 조정했는지 확인하세요 (드럼 브레이크 가정). 조정하지 않았다면 슈와 드럼 사이에 큰 간격이 있어서 브레이크가 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다. 조정기(adjuster)가 올바르게 설치되었는지 확인하세요. 에어 빼기를 할 때 사람이 브레이크 페달을 밟았는지, 아니면 자동 공구를 사용했는지 확인하세요. 자동 공구를 사용했다면 수동으로 브레이크 페달을 펌프질 한 후 압력이 돌아오는지 확인하세요 (마스터 실린더에 액체가 충분히 채워져 있어서 공기가 흡입되지 않았다고 가정).

포드 레인저의 외기 흡입 모드에서 외부 기온이나 온도 설정과 관계없이 뜨거운 바람만 나옴. 최대 냉방(Max AC) 모드에서 내기 순환으로 전환하면 찬바람이 나오지만, 일반 냉방(외기 흡입)은 사우나처럼 뜨거움. 냉매와 퓨즈는 정상 확인됨.
2008 포드 레인저 앞 브레이크가 심하게 걸림. 특히 고속도로에서 급제동할 때 심함. 로터와 패드 교체 후 한 달간 정상이었다가 다시 발생. 로터 연마 후에도 반복됨.
엔진 진동과 미스파이어 발생, 엔진 오일 레벨이 매우 낮음 (디프스틱 눈금 이하)
간헐적으로 시동이 걸리지 않음. 클릭음 없음. 키를 역방향으로 돌리면 라디오는 켜지고 라이트도 켤 수 있음. 몇 번 시도 후 시동되면 라디오/시계가 리셋됨 (배터리가 방전된 것처럼). 배터리는 약 2년 된 상태. 업데이트: 현재 전혀 시동되지 않음. 여전히 소음 없음. 키를 역방향으로 돌리면 라디오 켜짐. 라이트 켜면 라디오 꺼짐. 라이트 스위치 끄면 라디오 다시 켜짐. 브레이크 밟으면 라디오 꺼짐.
