엔진오일 교환

2015 Audi A3 Limousine(디젤, 자동변속기) - 3월에 연료펌프 교체 후 시동 불가 증상 발생. 2개월 후 간헐적인 거친 공회전/진동 증상 시작되어 악화됨. 진단 코드: 람다센서, 크랭크축센서, 캠축센서 관련 결함 표시. 람다센서 교체 후에도 증상 지속.

자동차가 덜컹거림 (원인이 무엇인지 불명)

2010 BMW 325i E93 (N53B30A 엔진) 냉간 시동 시 엔진 진동 및 회전 수 변동 (±200rpm). 엔진 언발런스 증상. 엔진 온도 상승 후 정상 작동. 이미 교체된 부품: 인젝터 5번, 6번, CCV 밸브, NOX 센서, 점화 코일 및 스파크 플러그. 결함 코드 사진 첨부 (상세 코드 명시 필요).

대시보드 배선 작업 중 턴신호/헤드라이트 스위치에서 로우빔 켜짐 상태일 때 하이빔 와이어에 6V 신호가 출력되고, 하이빔 켜짐 상태일 때 12V 신호가 출력됨. 헤드라이트는 정상 작동하지만 6V만으로도 활성화되므로 로우빔 켜짐 상태에서 하이빔 인디케이터 LED가 점등됨.

23 Tahoe 10L80 트랜스미션에서 유체 교환(플러시 아님) 후 경미한 쉬더 발생. OTC 유체 추출기로 검은색 유체 5.5쿼트 제거(팬 미분리), 발코린 ULV ATF 6쿼트로 보충.

5기통 볼보 V70 2.5L 터보 엔진을 6기통 S80 2.9L 트윈터보 엔진으로 교체했습니다. 원래 5기통은 터보 1개, 파이프 1개, 대형 캐털릭 컨버터 1개였습니다. O2 센서는 캐트 전 1개, 캐트 상단 1개였습니다. 6기통은 트윈터보라서 파이프 2개가 있고, 각각 자신의 캐트가 있으며 중형 캐트 바로 전에 합쳐집니다(1+1=2). 각 파이프의 캐트 전에 O2 센서가 있습니다. 다른 2개는 중형 캐트 바로 뒤에 있는 것 같습니다. 배기 시스템을 어떻게 처리해야 할지 고민입니다.

배터리 교환

폭스바겐 캐디의 12V 액세서리 포트에 이코플로우 배터리를 계속 연결하고 싶지만, 캐디 매뉴얼에서는 시동 켜기/끄기 전에 12V 액세서리를 분리하라고 경고함. 이로 인해 배터리를 계속 뺐다 꽂아야 하는 불편함 발생.

배터리가 많이 방전되었지만 점프 스타트로 시동이 바로 걸림. 배터리가 나쁜 상태인지 확인 필요. 차량을 계속 running 상태로 두고 충전해도 되는지, 얼마나 오래 running 상태를 유지해도 안전한지 궁금함.

얼터네이터 교환

수 개월 전 올터네이터 교체 후 정상 작동하다가 도로 주행 중 배터리 및 브레이크 경고등이 간헐적으로 깜빡이고 결국 서펜타인 벨트가 끊어짐. 올터네이터 재교체 및 새 벨트 장착 후 처음에는 정상 작동하지만 나중에 시동 시 문제 발생 가능성 있음.
