Seems like a good time to make a thread on this seeing as I've owned it over 3 weeks and have already managed to put something like 1300 miles on it- despite my justification for buying a 4.0 V8 being that my personal mileage was likely to decrease... After 4 very happy and enjoyable years with an E82 125i Coupe I was starting to properly get the bug to move on to something else. I'd had a great time with that car but had got everything I wanted out of owning it (including a very fun trip over to the Nurburgring), and was struggling to see the value for money in putting any more money into it

With the current A4 Avant having served Mrs89 well as a great allrounder... mechanically she's been without fault and has proved her worth. Exterior wise, she has suffered and looks great from 10 feet away but there's a complaint on every panel... the nail in the coffin was a side swipe from an errant deer (it didn't end well for the deer) the time has come to say farewell....Wanting something bigger as her car is the family wagon as we all can't fit in the S5...This arrives Saturday morningit's a 2010, 3.0TDi, so the substantially cheaper tax bracket...needs tyres (ordered a set of Nankangs)o

Over 3 months into M3 ownership now, and I'm pleased to report that it's been a very happy 3 months with the exception of the fuel bill being more horrendous than expected thanks to a certain President's actions in the Middle East. A few weeks ago it went into Redish Motorsport for new fuel injectors and an NRW Inline Fuel Filter. Not a cheap job, but every time I put my foot down the mental image of an injector sticking open and writing off the engine weighed on my mind, and unless my circumstances dramatically change I plan on owning this car for a long while so it seemed worth the money. Not quite a track toy, but definitely not a comfy cruiser.It was enclosed, but it had something more akin to a cockpit than a cabin. The passenger seat was behind, but to the side of the driver's seat. So a sort of staggered tandem arrangement. It was a low volume manufacturer, and they were encouraging people to come and try the car at their HQ (I can't remember which country). A missed opportunity, but there was no way I'd have been able to buy it so I wasn't going to waste their time.I

드라이버 사이드 스텝 펜더(사이드 스텝)에 찌그러짐 발생

차량 시동이 걸리지 않는 증상이 1년 이상 지속됨. 배터리는 새것이고 조명과 라디오는 정상 작동함. 키를 돌려도 아무 소리도 나지 않음(클릭음 없음). 수 분 후 재시도하면 가끔 시작됨. 정비소에서 검사해도 이상 없다고 함(시동이 걸렸다 꺼졌다 반복되면서 결함 재현 안 됨)

아침에 차를 시동했는데 파크에서 움직일 수 없습니다. 기어를 전혀 변속할 수 없습니다. 바퀴는 움직일 수 있습니다. 손상이 걱정되어 강제로 움직이지 않았습니다.

가솔린 엔진이 갑자기 꺼졌다가 다시 시동이 걸리는 현상. 연료 부족이나 타이밍 벨트 파단 같은 명백한 원인은 제외. 간헐적인 점화 결함(점화 스위치 고장) 또는 ECU의 연료 차단 같은 문제로 인한 엔진 정지를 의심.
