Holy crap. I thought it was just me being impatient until earlier this week when I was driving in a 30 down an empty road. In front of me were 6 or 7 cars all doing about 18-23mph. WTF. I realised it wasn't just me that was annoyed with her because one by one we ended up overtaking her. I've never seen anyone being overtaken by so many people in one go.But yes, it seems that too often I'll encounter someone doing 10-20% under the speed limit. Fiat 500 comment is interesting ie the car has to be driven. I know this is a pointless rant but I am beginning to feel as though I am the only sane person to drive on the roads in Oxfordshire and wanted to see if I was alone in this observation.In the good old days (I'm 39) most people would drive at a sensible speed. It's amazing that you can take a quarter-million pounds worth of V12 GT, combine it with a priceless episode of racing history, and result in something that looks like a cheaply done promotional stunt. I think it needed a lot more subtlety - perhaps just blue accents on the wheels not the whole thing, and keep the stripe but omit the roundel?
