Holy crap. I thought it was just me being impatient until earlier this week when I was driving in a 30 down an empty road. In front of me were 6 or 7 cars all doing about 18-23mph. WTF. I realised it wasn't just me that was annoyed with her because one by one we ended up overtaking her. I've never seen anyone being overtaken by so many people in one go.But yes, it seems that too often I'll encounter someone doing 10-20% under the speed limit. It's especially annoying when I'm in the slow lane on a 50mph D/C doing 50 and you have to go around some idiot doing 40 in the middle lane.I might start
