I've had Volvos for years... initially assorted old T-5 stuff and latterly diesel sheddy family stuff. And as a 44 year old Dad who finds himself constantly browsing old T-5s again, as in 850 and V70... it then dawned on me that they're quite old now for "normal" usage but having had a few V50 diesels, they're actually pretty good things being Focus based etc etc. So, put two and two together and that lead me to a V50 T-5. 2010 현대 투싼에서 지난 1년간 간헐적으로(월 1-2회) 가속페달을 밟아도 RPM이 올라가지 않는 헤지테이션 현상 발생 - 냉시동 후 2분 이내에 주로 발생. 3회 정도는 엔진이 꺼진 후 시동이 걸리지 않았다가 몇 시간 후 또는 다음날에 아무 문제 없이 시동됨. 증상 발생 시 카브 클리너를 흡기에 분사하면 카브 클리너가 있는 동안만 시동이 걸렸다가 몇 초 후 다시 꺼짐. 연료 필터, 연료펌프, 쓰로틀 포지션 센서(TPS) 등을 교체했으나 증상 지속

2003 혼다 시빅, 아침에 시동 후 몇백 피트 주행 시 가솔린이 떨어지는 듯 엔진이 순간적으로 동력을 잃음. 완전히 스톨되지는 않으나 스퍼터링 현상 발생, 가속페달을 밟으면 정상 회복. 주행 초반에만 1회 발생, 이후는 정상 운행. 정비소에서 흡기 청소했으나 증상 해결 안 됨.

메인 주 극저온 환경에서 자동차가 시동이 걸리지 않음. 연료가 1/4 탱크 수준이었고, 드라이 가스(연료 건조제) 1/2병을 추가하려다가 빠르게 흘러나와서 결국 1/4 탱크에 거의 전량을 넣음. 드라이 가스 사용설명서는 최소 1/2 탱크 이상에 전량을 넣도록 권장함.
