For a while I have had my eye on a small car to sit in-between family car and weekend car duties. Short list was an UP! GTI and a Panda Cross. Key consideration was it has to carry MTB (on the roof for ease), a dog (inside, not on the roof) and be able to sit on the Motorway every now and again. Performance was not really a consideration, no desire to take the dog for an early morning spirited drive or hurtle around bends with my bike perched on top. As per the thread title, the Cross was preferred and so a Panda hunt commenced. First impressions are, love it. Engine is quirky, I did expect th

All, I’ve been with the RAC since 1991. Had a couple of call-outs over the past few years, and had to buy temporary home start cover at one point.Cover auto-renewed at over £360 last week (I know, was too busy to deal with it at the time). This doesn’t even include home start.I’m going to cancel under the 14 day grace period today, and was wondering which cover to go for - AA, Green Flag? Others?Looking for personal any car cover (recovery) with home start.I’ve only needed recovery once, about 3 years ago - for a classic car. I had to wait 5 hours, and it was a contractor, not an RAC recovery

Photo from enjoying the great british weather and a nice drive out Next up was the front grill, this item is specific to the R36 and the cost of them rise nearly daily, last time I checked it was £700+ and I would want one that was pre drilled for the JDM numberplate so it matched the rear. When dealers do re-open, what will be the test drive situation? Last time I asked, one of you mentioned looking into the insurance implications of unaccompanied test drives. Any progress on this? It would be a bit of a PITA for dealers to have to sanitise a car after a test drive, but I'd expect many buyers (PH'ers especially!) would still prefer to take a test drive rather than just commit to a pretty big spend without having even had a try before you buy.

The lack of comments highlights that there isn't much feeling (read demand?) for htis.To me, that 3/4 front on view has shades of 350z, with none of the power and with that woeful boot size, hardly a main car for many.Good for them for making it, but I expect it won't be a long lifespan with it as it currently is. Launch spec or not.

good to read, its still a great name, well for the older guys under us I guess I once had a AC Schnitzer Z3 M coupe S54, well, the outside parts and some more, but ditched most of it to make it more original after a while.
