배터리 교환

AdBlue/SCR 시스템 문제 (센서, 고장 코드 등)가 지속되는 디젤 차량(2018년식, 14만km 주행). BMW로 전환 검토 중이며, 특히 Touring 모델 관심. 다른 제조사 디젤의 AdBlue 시스템 신뢰성 문제로 인한 차량 변경 검토.

자동차 전기/차량 진단 학습 방법 문의. CAN-Bus, 제어 장치, 센서, 액추에이터, 고장 진단, 회로도, ISTA/ODIS 같은 진단 소프트웨어를 사용하여 최신 차량을 안전하게 진단하고 수리할 수 있게 되고 싶음. 독학 가능 여부, 필요한 교육/자격, 추천 교재, 온라인 강좌, YouTube 채널, 학습 플랫폼 등에 대한 조언 요청.

BMW E36 (1993년식) 운전석 에어백이 기술적 결함으로 작동하지 않음. 시동 시 계기판의 에어백 경고등이 규정대로 점등되지 않음. 에어백 진단 및 수리는 정비소에서 매우 복잡한 작업이라고 함. 다음 TÜV 검사 시 점등되지 않는 에어백 경고등으로 인한 문제를 피하기 위해 에어백 스티어링 휠을 에어백이 없는 스티어링 휠로 교체 계획 중. 1993년식의 경우 에어백이 표준 사양이 아니므로 이 방법이 가능할 것으로 예상함.

배터리 교환

에어백 경고등이 계속 켜져 있고, PIWIS로 스캔하면 결함 코드 #1 경고등 시스템이 나타난다. 코드가 지워지지 않는다. 배터리 하드 리셋을 시도했고 퓨즈도 확인했다. 클러스터를 점검소로 보냈다.

2001 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L 가솔린 엔진. 워터펌프 누수로 7마일을 가다가 2회 정지. 급하게 워터펌프 교체 후 배기매니폴드와 테일파이프에서 흰 연기 발생. 냉각수가 우유색. 시동 후 운행 불가. 현재 주행거리 160,000km.

1999 Mercury Grand Marquis 세 번의 과열 문제 발생: 1차 - 엔진에서 냉각수 누수로 엔진 트레이에 냉각수 분사, 파이프 누수도 발견. 2차 - 수리 후 다시 과열, 냉각수 누수 없음을 확인했으나 팬 작동 이상으로 팬 교체함. 3차 - 오늘 약 30분 주행 후 귀가 직전 게이지 상승. 첫 번째 누수 이후 실런트 처리함. 정압 확인함, 써모스탯 의심.

2002 GMC Envoy의 라디에이터와 보조 물통에서 오일이 발견됨. 엔진 오일량은 정상이고 물이나 부동액이 섞여있지 않음. 정기적인 오일 교환 중이며 오일 압력은 정상. 냉각수 온도는 거의 정상이고 과열되지 않음. 6번 기통 관련 내용(문장 미완성).

1997년식 · E110 8세대 (1995-2000) · 1.8 LE

냉각수 교환

1997 Toyota Corolla가 시동이 안 걸리는 문제 발생. 1-2일 운전하지 않으면 시동이 걸리지 않음. 시동을 걸 때 스티어링 휠을 좌우로 1/4 정도 꺾으면서(12시에서 9시 방향으로) 키를 돌려야 시동이 걸림. 엔진오일, 오일필터 신규 교환, 오일량 정상. 배터리는 수년 된 것으로 양호 상태, 수액 보충함. 파워스티어링 오일도 양호할 것으로 예상. 원래 달려있는 펌프 사용 중. 냉각수 확인 중.

포드 머스탱

2000년식 · SN95 4세대 (1994-2004) · 3.8 V6

냉각수 교환

냉랭한 날씨 이후 냉각수 저수지에서 냉각수 전부 소진. 냉각수 충전 후 변속기 이상 증상 발생 - 기어가 너무 빠르게 전환되고, 속도계가 실제 속도(30-40mph)보다 높게 표시(70-80mph). RPM은 2000으로 유지되며 가속 시에만 상승. 마지막 기어에서만 느린 속도 유지 가능.

Beautiful work Toyota. Pumping out what people really want. It’s got a tiny little token electric motor for minor torque in-fill lol. Pure ICE class pushing back in a world of attempted enforced EV transport narcolepsy.

The threat of road pricing will have had a small impact I imagine. Enough to knock a percent or so off the figures.
