증상
2012 혼다 시빅(주행거리 약 36,000마일)을 최근 구매했는데, 에어컨에서 간헐적으로 신나 또는 매직마카 냄새가 난다. 냄새는 달콤한 냄새(부동액)나 곰팡이 냄새가 아니다. 에어컨이 실내공기를 재순환할 때 특히 냄새가 나는 것 같다. 냄새가 나기 전에 감압음(hissing sound)이 들리고, 곧 사라진다.
처리 내용
냉매(R134a) 또는 에어컨 시스템 윤활유 누출 의심. 두 물질은 함께 누출된다. 누출 중에 히싱음이 날 수 있다. 신형 차량에서는 에어컨 콘덴서 부위의 간헐적 누출이 드물다. 누출이 맞다면 냉매가 모두 빠져나가면서 결국 에어컨이 작동하지 않게 된다. 냄새는 주관적이지만, R134a 냉매는 "매직마카" 냄새로 묘사하기보다는 독특한 화학 냄새가 난다. 윤활유는 인체에 좋지 않다. 냉매 가스는 무독성이라고 알려져 있지만, 윤활유 누출 여부를 점검해야 한다.

I bought one of these 3 years ago for £21k it had 19k miles on it and all factory options ticked aside from heated steering wheel and colour changing interior lights.For the money I could have bought a semi ropey 90k+ miles German saloon of similar spec and power and would have spend money fixing the higher mileage problems that they would have come with.As it stands, coming up to 37k miles I've paid for new tyres, brakes and a coolant bottle because it had a hairline crack the MOT history is and always has been a clear pass, not a single advisory and I get to hear a supercharged V6 every time
